飛機(jī)螺旋槳設(shè)計(jì)與氣動(dòng)特性及滑流影響研究

【摘要】:螺旋槳滑流對(duì)飛機(jī)的氣動(dòng)性能會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定的影響,如何正確認(rèn)識(shí)其流動(dòng)影響,在螺旋槳與飛機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過程中具有相當(dāng)重要的理論意義和工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文通過對(duì)某飛機(jī)螺旋槳進(jìn)行具體理論設(shè)計(jì),并將其應(yīng)用到該飛機(jī)的螺旋槳滑流數(shù)值模擬研究中,通過對(duì)比有無螺旋槳滑流的飛機(jī)模型及不同螺旋槳相位角的飛機(jī)模型的數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果,分析了滑流對(duì)飛機(jī)整體氣動(dòng)性能的影響程度。首先,基于空氣螺旋槳理論,結(jié)合具體飛機(jī)的性能參數(shù),確定了螺旋槳的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),完成螺旋槳的設(shè)計(jì)工作。其次,對(duì)本文設(shè)計(jì)的單獨(dú)螺旋槳模型運(yùn)用了基于滑移網(wǎng)格的網(wǎng)格建模方法,計(jì)算分析了單獨(dú)螺旋槳工作時(shí)的氣動(dòng)特性參數(shù),并和設(shè)計(jì)值數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,具有很好的吻合性,計(jì)算結(jié)果合理,說明了基于滑移網(wǎng)格的網(wǎng)格建模方法具有可行性。最后,設(shè)計(jì)了飛機(jī)的具體外形,采用滑移網(wǎng)格的建模方法,對(duì)螺旋槳滑流與飛機(jī)的干擾流場(chǎng)開展了數(shù)值模擬研究,通過對(duì)比有/無螺旋槳模型、不同螺旋槳相位角模型、安裝在飛機(jī)上的螺旋槳模型和單獨(dú)螺旋槳模型之間的計(jì)算結(jié)果,分析了滑流對(duì)飛機(jī)整體氣動(dòng)性能的影響及飛機(jī)尾流對(duì)螺旋槳?dú)鈩?dòng)性能的影響。CFD計(jì)算結(jié)果中流場(chǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)合理,和一般飛機(jī)的氣動(dòng)性能規(guī)律吻合較好,說明滑移網(wǎng)格方法能夠較為有效地處理螺旋槳滑流的問題。
[Abstract]:The propeller flow will have a certain influence on the aerodynamic performance of aircraft. How to correctly understand the influence of propeller flow is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value in the design of propeller and aircraft. In this paper, the propeller of a certain aircraft is designed and applied to the numerical simulation of the propeller flow of the aircraft. By comparing the numerical results of the aircraft model with or without propeller slip flow and the aircraft model with different propeller phase angles, the influence of the slip flow on the overall aerodynamic performance of the aircraft is analyzed. Firstly, based on the air propeller theory and the performance parameters of the aircraft, the design parameters of the propeller are determined and the design work of the propeller is completed. Secondly, the single propeller model designed in this paper uses the grid modeling method based on slippage grid, calculates and analyzes the aerodynamic characteristic parameters of the single propeller working, and compares with the design value data. The calculation results are reasonable, which shows that the grid modeling method based on sliding mesh is feasible. Finally, the specific shape of the aircraft is designed, and the numerical simulation of the interference flow field between the propeller slip flow and the aircraft is carried out by using the sliding grid modeling method. By comparing the propeller model with / without propeller model, the different propeller phase angle models are compared. The calculation results between the propeller model and the single propeller model installed on the aircraft are analyzed. The effect of the slippery flow on the overall aerodynamic performance of the aircraft and the influence of the aircraft wake on the aerodynamic performance of the propeller are analyzed. The structure of the flow field in the CFD calculation results is reasonable. It is shown that the slip grid method can deal with the problem of propeller slip flow effectively.
