舵機電動加載測試系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:舵機電動加載器是用來在實驗室里模仿飛行器的機翼在飛行中受力情況,是一種工作在地面上的半實物仿真系統(tǒng),它采用電動機模仿空氣阻力給舵機施加載荷。隨著我國國防事業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,對飛行器舵機的作動精度和響應動態(tài)性能等提出了更高的要求,同時對電動式加載系統(tǒng)的精度和快速響應等動態(tài)性能也提出了更高的要求。本篇論文先介紹了課題背景,總結了舵機加載領域的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及相關技術的發(fā)展情況。介紹了系統(tǒng)總體方案設計以及重要元部件的選型和工作原理。然后對加載電機、舵機等元部件做了理論分析,并構造了數(shù)學模型。本文較詳細介紹了各組成部分的硬件電路設計。從核心控制芯片開始并向外圍電路逐步展開,介紹了外圍電路中起到重要作用的元器件結構,并給出分析說明。主要包括核心控制器的電路、電源模塊、信號調理電路、電橋采集電路、位置和速度檢測電路、電流電壓檢測電路等。介紹系統(tǒng)軟件系的組成和設計原則,并結合本系統(tǒng)給出主要功能模塊的程序設計。最后仿真結果證明了加載系統(tǒng)具有較速響應和精度,從而在一定程度上說明了本系統(tǒng)設計方法是有效可行的。
[Abstract]:The steering gear electric loader is used to simulate the force on the wing of the aircraft in the laboratory. It is a kind of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system working on the ground. It uses the motor to simulate the air resistance to apply the load to the steering gear. With the rapid development of national defense in China, higher requirements have been put forward for the actuation accuracy and response dynamic performance of the aircraft steering gear, as well as for the dynamic performance of the electric loading system, such as precision and fast response. This paper first introduces the background of the subject, summarizes the research status in the field of steering gear loading, as well as the development of related technologies. This paper introduces the overall scheme design of the system and the selection and working principle of important components. Then the loading motor, steering gear and other components are analyzed theoretically, and the mathematical model is constructed. This paper introduces the hardware circuit design of each component in detail. Starting from the core control chip and gradually expanding to the peripheral circuit, this paper introduces the structure of the components which play an important role in the peripheral circuit, and gives the analysis and explanation. It mainly includes the core controller circuit, power module, signal conditioning circuit, bridge acquisition circuit, position and speed detection circuit, current and voltage detection circuit and so on. This paper introduces the composition and design principle of the system software system, and gives the program design of the main function module combined with the system. Finally, the simulation results show that the loading system has fast response and precision, which shows to a certain extent that the design method of the system is effective and feasible.
