【摘要】:航空航天結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)超輕質(zhì)大跨度框架類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)提出了迫切的需求,考慮纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料框架結(jié)構(gòu)宏觀(guān)與微觀(guān)的可設(shè)計(jì)性,基于結(jié)構(gòu)與材料一體化優(yōu)化理念,研究了復(fù)合材料框架結(jié)構(gòu)宏觀(guān)拓?fù)渑c微觀(guān)纖維鋪層參數(shù)并發(fā)優(yōu)化的雙尺度優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。以宏觀(guān)管件構(gòu)件內(nèi)半徑與微觀(guān)連續(xù)纖維纏繞角度為兩類(lèi)獨(dú)立的設(shè)計(jì)變量,建立了以最小化結(jié)構(gòu)柔順性為目標(biāo)函數(shù)、材料用量為約束的雙尺度復(fù)合材料框架結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化列式,給出了宏微觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)變量靈敏度信息的求解算法。討論并對(duì)比了單尺度微觀(guān)纖維纏繞角度優(yōu)化、宏觀(guān)截面拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化與宏微觀(guān)雙尺度并發(fā)優(yōu)化。數(shù)值算例表明,雙尺度并發(fā)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)可進(jìn)一步發(fā)掘結(jié)構(gòu)與材料的承載潛力,實(shí)現(xiàn)既定性能下的結(jié)構(gòu)輕量化設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Aerospace structures have put forward an urgent need for ultra-lightweight and large-span frame structures. Considering the design capability of fiber reinforced composite frame structures macroscopic and microcosmic, the idea of structural and material integration optimization is considered. The two scale optimization problems of macrotopology and microcosmic fiber layering parameters for composite frame structures are studied. Taking the inner radius of macroscopical pipe member and the angle of micro continuous filament winding as two kinds of independent design variables, the optimization formula of two-scale composite frame structure with minimization of structural flexibility as objective function and material content as constraint is established. An algorithm for solving the sensitivity information of macro and micro design variables is presented. The optimization of single scale micro filament winding angle, macro section topology optimization and macro and micro double scale concurrency optimization are discussed and compared. Numerical examples show that the dual scale concurrent optimization design can further explore the carrying potential of structures and materials and realize the structural lightweight design under the given performance.
