【摘要】：隨著現在國內機場旅客流量的不斷增加,航空運輸市場也隨之得到了快速的發(fā)展,相應的機場運營和管理的壓力也越來越大。調查顯示目前國內機場人工行李分揀的正確率只有80%,有21.5%的旅客在航空飛行過程中有過行李丟失或損毀的經歷�！逗娇者\輸消費者投訴情況通報》表明行李運輸服務已經成為旅客在航空旅行中滿意度最低的一項,且行李運輸差錯類投訴已具機場服務投訴首位。機場為了給旅客提供更加方便準確快捷的進港和離港服務,提高用戶機場體驗感和機場運行管理效率,急需一套可靠、智能的行李分揀解決方案。本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的航空行李人工分揀輔助系統(tǒng),利用RFID技術存儲行李信息,介入到整個行李托運流程中,實現自動分揀功能。除此之外,RFID技術在民航領域的應用,在機場行李核對、時時監(jiān)控、丟失查詢和全程跟蹤等過程中,都能夠代替人工查看標簽的形式,做到快速、精準。并且運用RFID技術的機場行李分揀設備投入較低,配合相關軟、硬件應用系統(tǒng)的平臺,可以有效簡化行李托運流程,大幅節(jié)約勞動力成本,同時降低行李遺失等造成的賠付率,從而提高機場旅客的滿意度。對于提升航空公司服務品質,增強品牌價值有顯著效果。
[Abstract]:With the increasing passenger flow of domestic airports, the air transport market has also been rapidly developed, the corresponding airport operation and management pressure is increasing. The survey shows that at present the correct rate of manual baggage sorting in domestic airports is only 80%, and 21.5% of passengers have lost or damaged their luggage in the course of air flight. Service has become one of the lowest levels of satisfaction in air travel. And the baggage transport error category complaint has the airport service complaint first. In order to provide passengers with more convenient, accurate and fast inbound and outbound services, improve the airport experience and airport operation management efficiency, the airport is in urgent need of a reliable and intelligent baggage sorting solution. The air baggage manual sorting assistant system developed by this system uses RFID technology to store baggage information and intervene in the whole baggage check process to realize automatic sorting function. In addition, the application of RFID technology in the field of civil aviation, in the airport baggage check, constant monitoring, lost query and the whole process of tracking, can replace the form of manual inspection tags, so as to achieve rapid and accurate. And the airport baggage sorting equipment using RFID technology has a low investment, and the platform of the related software and hardware application system can effectively simplify the baggage check process, save labor cost substantially, and reduce the loss of baggage compensation rate, etc. In order to improve the satisfaction of airport passengers. For improving airline service quality, enhance brand value has remarkable effect.
