直升機(jī)交互式虛擬維修方法研究

【摘要】:虛擬維修是一種新興的維修方式,這種維修方式其是隨計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)科,圖形處理學(xué)學(xué)科的發(fā)展而興起的,并伴隨著虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步而成熟的,是未來裝備維修的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。由于我國通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,直升機(jī)需求量大,目前在機(jī)務(wù)人員培訓(xùn)中實(shí)物樣機(jī)與培訓(xùn)方法難以滿足大量的訓(xùn)練需求,為了解決傳統(tǒng)機(jī)務(wù)維修培訓(xùn)中成本高效率低的問題,本文提出以直升機(jī)交互式虛擬維修的方法使受訓(xùn)人員接受訓(xùn)練,以實(shí)際維修工作的要求和流程為基礎(chǔ),用戶在虛擬環(huán)境中對(duì)虛擬樣機(jī)進(jìn)行交互式操作,從而達(dá)到訓(xùn)練認(rèn)知的目的。本文提出直升機(jī)交互式虛擬維修的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。在虛擬樣機(jī)模型創(chuàng)建方面,通過將CAD系統(tǒng)建立的模型轉(zhuǎn)換格式并優(yōu)化的方法導(dǎo)入到VR引擎系統(tǒng)中。針對(duì)三維樣機(jī)模型零部件之間的碰撞問題,提出了將Vega Prime本身碰撞檢測(cè)與包圍盒算法碰撞檢測(cè)相結(jié)合的兩次碰撞檢測(cè)的方法,同時(shí)根據(jù)直升機(jī)虛擬樣機(jī)模型零部件之間的關(guān)系設(shè)計(jì)以層次關(guān)系模型和關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系模型相結(jié)合的拆裝序列,此外對(duì)直升機(jī)虛擬樣機(jī)的故障表示方法做了深入探討。對(duì)直升機(jī)日常維護(hù)中的一項(xiàng)重要工作旋翼槳葉振動(dòng)調(diào)整進(jìn)行深入研究,設(shè)計(jì)其在虛擬維修中的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和交互方式,并以實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;設(shè)計(jì)了直升機(jī)交互式故障診斷與維修過程仿真流程與實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,確定了故障設(shè)定的方法,對(duì)主要流程交互界面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),通過AS350直升機(jī)典型故障的診斷與維修驗(yàn)證了交互維修仿真的實(shí)用性。根據(jù)直升機(jī)維護(hù)工作特點(diǎn),從航線維護(hù)與定檢維護(hù)兩個(gè)方面設(shè)計(jì)了直升機(jī)維護(hù)工作虛擬仿真流程和數(shù)據(jù)庫,并對(duì)維護(hù)工作仿真評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了研究。通過本文的研究,確定了將直升機(jī)故障診斷與維修工作以虛擬維修的方式表現(xiàn)的方法,為以人員培訓(xùn)為目的的交互式虛擬維修系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)奠定了基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也為其他領(lǐng)域內(nèi)虛擬維修的研究提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Virtual maintenance is a new kind of maintenance method, which rises with the development of computer science and graphics processing science, and is mature with the development of virtual reality technology. It is the development trend of equipment maintenance in the future.Because of the rapid development of China's general aviation industry and the large demand for helicopters, it is difficult to meet a large number of training needs in the training of aircraft crew by using physical prototyping and training methods at present. In order to solve the problem of high efficiency and low efficiency in the traditional aircraft maintenance training,In this paper, the method of helicopter interactive virtual maintenance is proposed to train the trainees. Based on the requirements and flow of actual maintenance work, the user interactively operates the virtual prototype in the virtual environment.In order to achieve the purpose of training cognition.In this paper, the realization method of helicopter interactive virtual maintenance is presented.In the aspect of creating virtual prototyping model, the model established by CAD system is imported into VR engine system by the method of transforming the format and optimizing it.Aiming at the collision problem between parts of 3D prototype model, a method of twice collision detection, which combines Vega Prime itself collision detection with bounding box algorithm, is proposed.At the same time, according to the relationship between the parts of the helicopter virtual prototyping model, the disassembly sequence is combined with the hierarchical relationship model and the correlation relationship model. In addition, the fault representation method of the helicopter virtual prototype is discussed in depth.The vibration adjustment of rotor blade in daily maintenance of helicopter is studied deeply, and the method and interactive mode of its realization in virtual maintenance are designed and verified by an example.The simulation flow and realization method of helicopter interactive fault diagnosis and maintenance process are designed, the method of fault setting is determined, and the main process interaction interface is designed in detail.The practicability of interactive maintenance simulation is verified by the diagnosis and maintenance of typical faults of AS350 helicopter.According to the characteristics of helicopter maintenance, the virtual simulation flow and database of helicopter maintenance are designed from two aspects: route maintenance and fixed inspection maintenance, and the simulation evaluation method of maintenance work is studied.Through the research of this paper, the method of displaying helicopter fault diagnosis and maintenance work in virtual maintenance mode is determined, which lays a foundation for the development of interactive virtual maintenance system for the purpose of personnel training.At the same time, it also provides reference for the research of virtual maintenance in other fields.
