基于光纖光柵的直升機(jī)槳葉應(yīng)變?cè)囷w研究

【摘要】:研制了基于光纖布拉格光柵(FBG)傳感原理的光纖光柵應(yīng)變機(jī)載測(cè)試系統(tǒng),并應(yīng)用于直升機(jī)旋翼槳葉的外場(chǎng)試飛測(cè)試,使直升機(jī)槳葉應(yīng)變?cè)囷w實(shí)現(xiàn)了光學(xué)傳感。首先基于等強(qiáng)度梁開展電學(xué)應(yīng)變計(jì)與FBG應(yīng)變計(jì)的對(duì)比測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了兩者測(cè)量應(yīng)變的一致性;其次搭建槳葉運(yùn)動(dòng)姿態(tài)物理仿真平臺(tái),并開展基于模擬槳葉的FBG揮舞彎曲應(yīng)變測(cè)試,初步驗(yàn)證了FBG應(yīng)用于槳葉應(yīng)變測(cè)試的可行性;最后在直升機(jī)飛行試驗(yàn)中,使用FBG網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)量槳葉多剖面的分布式揮舞彎曲應(yīng)變,并分析和對(duì)比電學(xué)應(yīng)變計(jì)與FBG傳感器陣列的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證了分布式FBG網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用于直升機(jī)槳葉試飛的技術(shù)可行性。
[Abstract]:A fiber Bragg grating strain measurement system based on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing principle is developed and applied to the external field test of helicopter rotor blade. The optical sensing of helicopter blade strain flight is realized. Firstly, the consistency of strain measurement between electric strain gauge and FBG strain gauge is verified based on equal strength beam. Secondly, the physical simulation platform of blade motion attitude is built, and the bending strain test of FBG swing based on simulated blade is carried out, which preliminarily verifies the feasibility of applying FBG to blade strain measurement. Finally, in the helicopter flight test, FBG network is used to dynamically measure the distributed branching bending strain of the blade multi-section, and the measured data of the electric strain gauge and the FBG sensor array are analyzed and compared. The technical feasibility of applying distributed FBG network to helicopter blade flight test is verified.
