【摘要】：針對飛行航校通用教練機飛機選型評價方法存在的不足,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)工程的基本原則和思想,以教練機性能、經(jīng)濟、安全、維護、財務、環(huán)境和供應商選擇為基本評價對象,建立通用教練機飛機選型的多層次評價體系,并針對評價指標結(jié)果的不確定性特點,提出了基于三參數(shù)區(qū)間的通用教練機飛機選型的熵權(quán)理想解法(TOPSIS法),并構(gòu)建通用教練機飛機選型評價數(shù)學模型.實例計算結(jié)果表明,方法能夠有效利用評價指標信息,且具有更好的可操作性和實用性,對科學合理選擇通用教練機飛機型號具有重要的參考價值.
[Abstract]:According to the basic principles and ideas of system engineering, the performance, economy, safety, maintenance and finance of the general training aircraft in flight and aviation school are analyzed. Environment and supplier selection as the basic evaluation object, establish a multi-level evaluation system of general training aircraft and aircraft selection, and aim at the uncertainty characteristics of evaluation index results. This paper presents an ideal method of entropy weight for the selection of general trainer aircraft based on three parameter interval, and constructs a mathematical model of aircraft selection evaluation for general training aircraft. The method can effectively use the evaluation index information and has better operability and practicability. It has important reference value for scientific and reasonable selection of general trainer aircraft model.
