葉根倒角對(duì)跨音軸流壓氣機(jī)氣動(dòng)性能的影響

【摘要】:為了獲得葉根倒角對(duì)跨音軸流壓氣機(jī)氣動(dòng)特性影響規(guī)律,研究充分考慮了加工工藝及氣動(dòng)影響兩方面,用倒角半徑及最小角度兩個(gè)參數(shù)確定倒角幾何。研究基于Rotor37分析倒角參數(shù)對(duì)葉片幾何的影響,并從整體性能及內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)細(xì)節(jié)兩方面對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子氣動(dòng)特性變化進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,獲得了倒角參數(shù)變化對(duì)氣動(dòng)性能的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明,相對(duì)于最小角度,倒角半徑是影響轉(zhuǎn)子性能的主要因素;倒角的存在不僅使得葉片根部馬蹄渦的分布發(fā)生改變,且影響了出口通道渦的強(qiáng)度和尺度。此外倒角存在改變了葉根處的壓力分布,使得前緣來(lái)流附面層有所增厚,導(dǎo)致根部的做功能力及轉(zhuǎn)子性能下降。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the influence of blade root chamfering on the aerodynamic characteristics of transonic axial compressor, the machining technology and aerodynamic effect are fully considered. The chamfer geometry is determined by two parameters: the chamfer radius and the minimum angle. The influence of chamfer parameters on blade geometry is studied based on Rotor37. The variation of rotor aerodynamic characteristics is analyzed in detail from the aspects of overall performance and internal flow field details, and the influence of chamfer parameters on aerodynamic performance is obtained. The results show that the change of rotor aerodynamic performance is relative to the minimum angle. Chamfer radius is the main factor affecting rotor performance. The existence of chamfer not only changes the distribution of the horseshoe vortex at the root of the blade, but also affects the intensity and scale of the vortex at the outlet channel. In addition, the chamfer changes the pressure distribution at the root of the blade. The leading edge flow boundary layer is thickened, which leads to the decrease of the work ability of the root and the performance of the rotor.
