帶肋片多效管式海水淡化裝置的實驗研究

【摘要】:設(shè)計一種帶肋片多效管式海水淡化裝置并利用模擬熱源對裝置進行實驗研究。實驗中對系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)態(tài)產(chǎn)水性能進行測試,給出系統(tǒng)在不同運行溫度、壓力下的產(chǎn)水速率和性能系數(shù)。實驗結(jié)果表明:裝置小時產(chǎn)水量隨運行溫度升高而增大,80℃時小時產(chǎn)水量為0.59 kg/h;對裝置進行抽真空后裝置的小時產(chǎn)水量增加明顯,在運行溫度為70℃壓力為0.31 k Pa時,小時產(chǎn)水量最大為1.19 kg/h;裝置的性能系數(shù)最高達(dá)1.5,定功率運行10 h,產(chǎn)水量最高為8.58 kg。
[Abstract]:A kind of multi-effect tubular seawater desalination device with finned fin is designed and simulated heat source is used to carry out experimental study on the device.
