在役海洋平臺(tái)動(dòng)力學(xué)損傷診斷方法研究綜述

【摘要】:為探明在役海洋平臺(tái)的動(dòng)力學(xué)損傷診斷方法及其發(fā)展方向,從模態(tài)參數(shù)識(shí)別方法和動(dòng)力學(xué)損傷診斷方法出發(fā),歸納分析各種方法的研究現(xiàn)狀與進(jìn)展、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)以及應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題及其展望。結(jié)果表明:模態(tài)識(shí)別領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)是環(huán)境激勵(lì)下非平穩(wěn)信號(hào)的模態(tài)識(shí)別;動(dòng)力學(xué)損傷診斷領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)是將不同的損傷診斷方法結(jié)合,以及引入先進(jìn)信號(hào)處理技術(shù)和智能算法;現(xiàn)有研究成果應(yīng)用于在役海洋平臺(tái)時(shí)面臨的主要困難是實(shí)測(cè)模態(tài)信息不完備;將診斷結(jié)果同安全評(píng)價(jià)及剩余壽命預(yù)測(cè)建立聯(lián)系,是在役海洋平臺(tái)動(dòng)力學(xué)損傷診斷的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the dynamic damage diagnosis method and its developing direction of in-service offshore platform, the research status and progress of various methods are summarized and analyzed based on modal parameter identification method and dynamic damage diagnosis method. Advantages and disadvantages, problems and prospects in application. The results show that the research focus of modal recognition is modal recognition of non-stationary signals under ambient excitation. The research focus in the field of dynamic damage diagnosis is the combination of different damage diagnosis methods and the introduction of advanced signal processing technology and intelligent algorithm. The main difficulty in the application of existing research results to existing offshore platforms is that the measured modal information is not complete, and it is the development trend of dynamic damage diagnosis of in-service offshore platforms to establish a link between diagnosis results and safety evaluation and residual life prediction.
