【摘要】：海水淡化是解決海島淡水短缺的重要途徑之一。為推廣海水淡化在海島的應(yīng)用,在對(duì)海島特點(diǎn)和海水淡化工程分析總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合PEST模型,從政治政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)4個(gè)方面系統(tǒng)分析了海水淡化產(chǎn)業(yè)在海島發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境;運(yùn)用SWOT-PEST矩陣全面分析這4個(gè)方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),探討海島海水淡化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及前景。并從國(guó)家政策、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、公眾接受、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等方面提出戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策建議和保障措施,為海島海水淡化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Seawater desalination is one of the important ways to solve the shortage of fresh water in islands. In order to popularize the application of seawater desalination in the island, on the basis of the analysis and summary of the characteristics of the island and the engineering of seawater desalination, combined with the PEST model, from the political policy, the economy, the society, The external environment of seawater desalination industry in the island is analyzed systematically in four aspects of technology. The advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of these four aspects are analyzed by using SWOT-PEST matrix, and the present situation and prospect of sea water desalination industry on island are discussed. From the aspects of national policy, market economy, public acceptance, technological innovation and so on, this paper puts forward the strategic countermeasures and safeguard measures, which provides the basis for the development of sea water desalination industry on the island.
