【摘要】：CAFTA的建立推動了防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,通過對防城港市的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)總量、主要海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢、海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境、海洋綜合管理、海洋政策的基本情況分析。對防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展競爭力比較分析,總結(jié)了防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題,進(jìn)而提出對策建議。用以促進(jìn)防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的過程中深化海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)合作,促進(jìn)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展壯大。以經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化理論作為理論視角,以防城港市地方統(tǒng)計文獻(xiàn)資料和田野調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ),將理論與現(xiàn)實相結(jié)合。綜合使用文獻(xiàn)法、田野調(diào)查、跨學(xué)科研究法對防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)研究。得出以下結(jié)論:防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)和條件較好,但未充分利用;防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)總量較小,與其他多數(shù)沿海城市差距較大;產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展具有矛盾性,第一產(chǎn)業(yè)與第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較慢但占比較多,第二產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速但占比較小。根據(jù)對防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展競爭力比較結(jié)果表明:資源強大、利用不充分、科技水平低、產(chǎn)業(yè)合作較少等問題已成為防城港市海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。防城港市亟需認(rèn)清現(xiàn)狀,通過加強基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、合理利用海洋資源、學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)達(dá)沿海城市成功經(jīng)驗、把握CAFTA升級版的機(jī)遇,推動海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The establishment of CAFTA has promoted the development of the marine industry in Fangchenggang City. Through the analysis of the total amount of marine economy, the development trend of the main marine industry, the marine ecological environment, the comprehensive management of the ocean and the basic situation of the marine policy in Fangchenggang City. This paper compares and analyzes the competitiveness of the development of marine industry in Fangchenggang city, summarizes the problems encountered in the development process of the marine industry in Fangchenggang city, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. In order to promote the marine industry of Fangchenggang city in the process of regional economic integration, deepen the cooperation of marine industry, promote the development of marine industry. Based on the theory of economic globalization and the local statistical literature and field investigation in Fangchenggang City, the theory is combined with reality. Comprehensive use of literature, field investigation, cross-disciplinary research on Fangchenggang marine industry. The following conclusions are drawn: Fangchenggang City has a good foundation and conditions for the development of marine industry, but it is not fully utilized; Fangchenggang City has a small total economic volume of marine industry, which is far from that of most other coastal cities; the development of industrial structure is contradictory. The development of the primary industry and the tertiary industry is slow but more, and the secondary industry is developing rapidly but less. According to the comparative results of the development competitiveness of the marine industry in Fangchenggang City, the following problems have become the bottleneck of the development of the marine industry in Fangchenggang City, such as strong resources, insufficient utilization, low level of science and technology and less industrial cooperation. Fangchenggang city is in urgent need of recognizing the present situation, strengthening infrastructure construction, rationally utilizing marine resources, learning the successful experience of developed coastal cities, grasping the opportunity of upgrading CAFTA, and promoting the development of marine industry.
