【摘要】：海洋主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇不僅受宏觀因素的影響,還會(huì)受到行業(yè)內(nèi)創(chuàng)新者之間合作關(guān)系的影響,其作為發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ囊徊糠植蝗莺鲆�。基于專利合著網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法,構(gòu)建包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)聚集系數(shù)、平均路徑長度、小世界熵?cái)?shù)三個(gè)指標(biāo)的創(chuàng)新者合作關(guān)系量化體系,擬將該體系與產(chǎn)業(yè)增長速度、需求收入彈性共同作為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿χ笜?biāo);將經(jīng)濟(jì)彈性系數(shù)、從業(yè)人口比重、產(chǎn)業(yè)相對(duì)規(guī)模、勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率作為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)力指標(biāo),基于中國海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)2013年的專利數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用主成分分析法和圖譜分析法,對(duì)中國海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行分析評(píng)估。根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果以及對(duì)實(shí)際狀況的分析,得出應(yīng)選擇海洋漁業(yè)及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)和濱海旅游業(yè)為海洋主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)論,進(jìn)而提出促進(jìn)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The choice of marine leading industry is influenced not only by macro factors, but also by the cooperative relationship among innovators in the industry, which can not be ignored as a part of the development potential. Based on the patent coauthor network analysis method, this paper constructs a quantitative system of innovator cooperation relationship including network aggregation coefficient, average path length and entropy number of small world, and proposes to combine this system with the speed of industrial growth. The economic elasticity coefficient, the proportion of the employed population, the relative scale of the industry and the labor productivity are taken as the indicators of industrial development strength, based on the patent data of China's marine industry in 2013. The principal component analysis and chromatogram analysis were used to analyze and evaluate the marine industry in China. Based on the empirical results and the analysis of the actual situation, this paper draws a conclusion that marine fishery and its related industries and coastal tourism should be selected as the leading marine industries, and then puts forward relevant policy recommendations to promote the development of marine industry.
