半潛平臺(tái)立柱與浮筒中部不同形式連接節(jié)點(diǎn)疲勞壽命分析

【摘要】:為了研究半潛式平臺(tái)的立柱與浮筒中縱艙壁連接節(jié)點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)焊縫開(kāi)裂這種疲勞失效現(xiàn)象,利用簡(jiǎn)化疲勞方法以及三維細(xì)化有限元模型,對(duì)目前主流平臺(tái)中所采用兩種不同的立柱與浮筒中縱艙壁連接節(jié)點(diǎn)形式進(jìn)行了疲勞壽命評(píng)估與分析。首先從結(jié)構(gòu)剛度分配角度,平均應(yīng)力效應(yīng)角度分析疲勞裂紋產(chǎn)生的原因;然后利用疲勞分析結(jié)果評(píng)估不同連接節(jié)點(diǎn)對(duì)整個(gè)平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性的影響;最后,基于結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能和剛度匹配角度分析兩種節(jié)點(diǎn)形式的優(yōu)劣,確定最優(yōu)節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)方案。
[Abstract]:In order to study the fatigue failure phenomenon of weld crack in the connection joint of vertical bulkhead connection between column and buoy of semi-submersible platform, the simplified fatigue method and three-dimensional finite-element model are used. The fatigue life evaluation and analysis of two different joints of longitudinal bulkhead connection in column and buoy are carried out in the mainstream platform. Firstly, the causes of fatigue cracks are analyzed from the angle of stiffness distribution and average stress effect; then, the effects of different joints on the reliability of the whole platform structure are evaluated by fatigue analysis results. Finally, Based on the structural mechanical performance and stiffness matching angle, the advantages and disadvantages of the two joint forms are analyzed, and the optimal joint design scheme is determined.
