【摘要】：介紹了中國第一臺出口印度尼西亞INDRAMAYU 2×4 500 m3/d低溫多效海水淡化裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、調(diào)試測試等情況,同時給出了工藝建模、設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、調(diào)試運(yùn)行結(jié)果等。單臺裝置由7效蒸發(fā)器和一個冷凝器組成,蒸發(fā)器直徑為4.5 m,一字排列,總長度為56 m,中心線高度為7.8 m。采用多效蒸發(fā)、多級閃蒸、蒸汽熱壓縮等自主技術(shù)及裝備,利用蒸汽熱壓縮器從冷凝器抽汽,充分提高系統(tǒng)的熱效率,第一效蒸發(fā)溫度為67.5℃,傳熱溫差為3.5℃。裝置造水比10,產(chǎn)品水的總固溶物含量10 mg/L。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the design, installation, debugging and testing of the first Chinese INDRAMAYU 2 脳 4 500 m3 / d low temperature multi-effect seawater desalination unit exported to Indonesia. At the same time, the process modeling, design parameters and operation results are given. The single unit consists of a 7-effect evaporator and a condenser with a diameter of 4.5 m, a word arrangement, a total length of 56 m, and a height of 7.8 m. By using multi-effect evaporation, multi-stage flash steam, steam heat compression and other independent techniques and equipment, steam heat compressor is used to extract steam from condenser, which can fully improve the thermal efficiency of the system.
