【摘要】:當(dāng)前世界處于高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,隨之而來(lái)的是人類對(duì)資源的大量消耗,陸地上的可再生資源已經(jīng)越來(lái)越少,而占據(jù)地球表面百分之七十左右的海洋則擁有極其豐富的資源,比如化學(xué)能、波浪能以及濱海、深海海底蘊(yùn)藏的礦產(chǎn)資源等等。開發(fā)海洋資源已經(jīng)是世界各國(guó)的共同選擇,但必須看到開發(fā)海洋資源的巨大難度,,對(duì)海洋環(huán)境的了解程度決定了對(duì)海洋資源開發(fā)的難度。信標(biāo)機(jī)作為一種用于輔助收回監(jiān)測(cè)海洋環(huán)境的潛標(biāo)系統(tǒng)等的設(shè)備越來(lái)越受到重視,它可使設(shè)備的收回更加高效、方便。 本文針對(duì)信標(biāo)機(jī)的功能特性,設(shè)計(jì)了兩套不同工作方式、不同功能特點(diǎn)的信標(biāo)機(jī)系統(tǒng),旨在根據(jù)不同的使用環(huán)境,不同的使用要求,應(yīng)用不同的信標(biāo)機(jī),來(lái)提高潛標(biāo)系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備的收回效率,從而推動(dòng)海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。兩套不同工作方式的信標(biāo)機(jī)分別是:高亮LED指示與無(wú)線測(cè)向方式同時(shí)具備的信標(biāo)機(jī)以及高亮LED指示與銥星通訊(GPS定位)方式同時(shí)具備的信標(biāo)機(jī)。本文主要對(duì)以下幾部分做了詳細(xì)介紹: 首先,本文分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外信標(biāo)機(jī)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì),針對(duì)信標(biāo)機(jī)工作的特殊海洋環(huán)境,提出了兩種不同工作方式、功能特點(diǎn)的信標(biāo)機(jī)系統(tǒng),并大致闡述了主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容。 其次,通過(guò)分析國(guó)外相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的性能特點(diǎn),提出了課題設(shè)計(jì)信標(biāo)機(jī)系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo),并給出了系統(tǒng)的總體方案以及課題設(shè)計(jì)的主要特點(diǎn);針對(duì)系統(tǒng)中用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)做了詳細(xì)介紹,同時(shí)給出了關(guān)鍵模塊的選型。 再次,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體硬件、軟件設(shè)計(jì)框圖。硬件設(shè)計(jì)部分,針對(duì)重要的硬件模塊電路:STM32主控制器電路、電源電路、XBee模塊電路、銥星模塊電路、GPS模塊電路、液晶模塊驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、信號(hào)強(qiáng)度指示電路等給出了詳細(xì)介紹,同時(shí)給出了系統(tǒng)的密封技術(shù)以及耐壓倉(cāng)底部開關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。軟件設(shè)計(jì)部分,同樣針對(duì)重要的功能模塊:銥星模塊通訊、XBee模塊通訊、GPS模塊通訊、液晶驅(qū)動(dòng)以及系統(tǒng)軟件低功耗等設(shè)計(jì)給出了詳細(xì)的程序流程圖與具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。 最后,從硬件、軟件兩部分對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了調(diào)試,并在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境下,整體測(cè)試了系統(tǒng)的功能,驗(yàn)證了本論文設(shè)計(jì)的信標(biāo)機(jī)系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了最初設(shè)計(jì)的要求,同時(shí)總結(jié)了課題設(shè)計(jì),給出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的不足之處與接下來(lái)可以改善的地方。
[Abstract]:At present, the world is in a period of rapid development, which is followed by a large amount of human consumption of resources. The renewable resources on land have become less and less, and the oceans, which occupy about seventy percent of the earth's surface, have extremely rich resources, such as chemical energy, wave energy and seashore, mineral resources in the deep sea and so on. Marine resources have been the common choice of all countries in the world, but the difficulty of developing marine resources must be seen. The degree of understanding of the marine environment determines the difficulty in the development of marine resources. The beacon machine, as a submersible system used to assist in the recovery and monitoring of the marine environment, is becoming more and more important. It can make the equipment retracted. More efficient and convenient.
In this paper, aiming at the functional characteristics of beacon, two sets of beacon systems with different working modes and different functions are designed to improve the recovery efficiency of the submersible system according to the different use environment, different use requirements and different beacon machines, thus promoting the development of marine environmental monitoring technology. Two sets of different work are carried out. The beacon machines are: beacon machines with high LED indication and wireless direction finding methods, and beacons with high brightness LED instructions and iridium communication (GPS positioning). This article is a detailed introduction to the following parts:
First, this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of the research and development of beacon machine products at home and abroad. In view of the special marine environment of the beacon machine, two kinds of beacon systems with different working modes and functional characteristics are put forward, and the main contents of the research are roughly described.
Secondly, by analyzing the performance characteristics of foreign related products, the performance index of the project design beacon system is put forward, the overall scheme of the system and the main features of the design are given. The key technologies used in the system are introduced in detail. At the same time, the selection of key key modules is given.
Thirdly, the overall hardware of the system, the block diagram of the software design and the hardware design are given. In view of the important hardware module circuit, the STM32 main controller circuit, the power supply circuit, the XBee module circuit, the iridium module circuit, the GPS module circuit, the liquid crystal module drive circuit, the signal strength indicator circuit and so on are introduced in detail, and the system is also given. The design of the sealing technology and the bottom switch structure of the pressure storehouse. The software design section also gives detailed program flow chart and implement method for the important functional modules: iridium module communication, XBee module communication, GPS module communication, liquid crystal drive and low power consumption of system software.
Finally, the system is debugged from the two parts of the hardware and software, and the function of the system is tested in the laboratory environment. It is verified that the beacon system designed in this paper has reached the original design requirements. At the same time, the design of the project is summed up, and the inadequacies of the system design and the next place to be improved are also given.
