【摘要】:寬帶數(shù)字相控陣?yán)走_(dá)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)寬海域、多目標(biāo)、高精度的海域監(jiān)測(cè)功能,而其最關(guān)鍵的部件是數(shù)字射頻收發(fā)芯片。介紹了數(shù)字射頻收發(fā)芯片的技術(shù)概況,結(jié)合數(shù)字射頻收發(fā)芯片的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,討論了涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。分析表明,以數(shù)字射頻收發(fā)芯片為核心的寬帶數(shù)字相控陣將成為下一代海洋監(jiān)測(cè)的優(yōu)選方案。
[Abstract]:Wideband digital phased array radar can achieve wide sea area, multi-target, high-precision sea area monitoring function, and its most important component is digital RF transceiver chip. This paper introduces the technical situation of digital RF transceiver chip, and discusses the key technologies concerned with the development of digital RF transceiver chip. The analysis shows that the wideband digital phased array with digital RF transceiver chip as the core will become the best scheme for the next generation ocean monitoring.
