海洋平臺(tái)浮托安裝中橫蕩護(hù)舷限位和緩沖性能分析

【摘要】:浮托安裝法,是相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)吊裝法的一種新型海洋平臺(tái)安裝方法,具有起重能力大、作業(yè)周期短、安裝費(fèi)用低、適用范圍廣、操作安全方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),解決了海上大型平臺(tái)組塊的安裝問(wèn)題。為了研究橫蕩護(hù)舷對(duì)浮托安裝的影響,首先對(duì)海洋平臺(tái)浮托安裝中的護(hù)舷裝置進(jìn)行了介紹,然后針對(duì)某工程實(shí)例應(yīng)用AQWA軟件進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,并進(jìn)行了模型驗(yàn)證。從時(shí)域方面對(duì)就位狀態(tài)下的浮托模型進(jìn)行了耦合動(dòng)力分析,研究了橫蕩護(hù)舷參數(shù)對(duì)駁船運(yùn)動(dòng)和撞擊力的影響規(guī)律。研究表明,橫蕩護(hù)舷可以有效地減小駁船運(yùn)動(dòng)和撞擊力,其限位和緩沖作用與護(hù)舷尺寸及護(hù)舷剛度均有關(guān)。研究結(jié)果可為實(shí)際浮托安裝工程提供重要的參考。
[Abstract]:Floatation mounting method is a new type of offshore platform installation method compared with traditional hoisting method. It has the advantages of large lifting capacity, short operation period, low installation cost, wide application range, safe and convenient operation, etc. The installation problem of large offshore platform block is solved. In order to study the influence of swinging fender on the installation of floating bracket, the fender installation of offshore platform is introduced firstly, and then the numerical simulation is carried out with AQWA software for an engineering example, and the model is verified. In this paper, the coupling dynamic analysis of floating support model in position is carried out in time domain, and the influence of swinging fender parameters on barge motion and impact force is studied. The results show that the swinging fender can effectively reduce the motion and impact force of the barge and its limit and buffer action are related to the size of the fender and the stiffness of the fender. The results can provide an important reference for the actual floating bracket installation project.
