膨脹式自應(yīng)力灌漿卡箍大尺寸模型的承載性能測(cè)試

【摘要】:為了推進(jìn)膨脹式自應(yīng)力灌漿卡箍技術(shù)的工程應(yīng)用,本文進(jìn)行了大尺寸卡箍模型的承載性能測(cè)試分析,主要通過(guò)內(nèi)管表面多點(diǎn)的應(yīng)變測(cè)試來(lái)分析灌漿環(huán)內(nèi)表面的膨脹壓力分布,通過(guò)測(cè)試螺栓拉力來(lái)分析灌漿環(huán)外表面的平均膨脹壓力,最后利用"推出法"測(cè)定卡箍的滑動(dòng)承載力,并結(jié)合膨脹壓力分布情況進(jìn)行分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:灌漿環(huán)內(nèi)表面膨脹壓力在各個(gè)斷面的分布是一樣的,但斷面不同位置膨脹壓力的分布不均勻。由于灌漿環(huán)頂部存在空隙,造成了底部膨脹壓力最大,兩側(cè)的壓力較小,頂部是負(fù)壓力。由螺栓拉力測(cè)試的灌漿環(huán)外表面平均膨脹壓力理論推導(dǎo)出的內(nèi)表面膨脹壓力可以看出,內(nèi)表面底部測(cè)試的膨脹壓力比較符合推導(dǎo)值,側(cè)部膨脹壓力則偏小;瑒(dòng)承載力測(cè)試時(shí)內(nèi)管表面應(yīng)變的數(shù)值大小也證實(shí)了膨脹壓力的不均勻分布情況。另外該類(lèi)型卡箍可以在灌漿后短時(shí)間(3~4d)內(nèi)形成承載能力。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the engineering application of the expansion self stress grouting clamp technique, this paper carries out the test and analysis of the bearing performance of the large size clamp model. The expansion pressure distribution on the inner surface of the grouting ring is analyzed mainly through the multi point strain test of the inner tube surface, and the average expansion pressure of the outer surface of the grouting ring is analyzed by testing the bolt pulling force. Then the sliding bearing capacity of the hoop is measured by the "push out method" and the expansion pressure distribution is analyzed. The results show that the distribution of the expansion pressure on the inner surface of the grouting ring is the same, but the distribution of the expansion pressure in the different sections is not uniform. Because there is a gap at the top of the grouting ring, the bottom expansion pressure is the most. The pressure of the inner surface of the inner surface of the inner surface is smaller and the expansion pressure of the side surface is smaller. The value of the surface strain of the inner tube on the sliding bearing capacity is larger than that of the inner surface. The small size also confirms the uneven distribution of the swelling pressure. Besides, this type of hoop can form the bearing capacity within a short time (3~4d) after grouting.
