【摘要】:海洋工程中大直徑管樁沉樁過(guò)程中常會(huì)出現(xiàn)溜樁現(xiàn)象,未經(jīng)預(yù)料的溜樁會(huì)引起很多嚴(yán)重的工程問題,有必要對(duì)溜樁段進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確判斷。結(jié)合實(shí)際工程對(duì)溜樁產(chǎn)生及停止的機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析;通過(guò)研究沉樁過(guò)程中樁周土體強(qiáng)度折減及超孔壓的作用,提出動(dòng)貫入阻力的計(jì)算方法;利用功、能原理對(duì)溜樁過(guò)程中所發(fā)生的能量轉(zhuǎn)化進(jìn)行分析,并推導(dǎo)相應(yīng)計(jì)算公式,結(jié)合動(dòng)貫入阻力計(jì)算方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)溜樁過(guò)程的預(yù)測(cè)。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)樁端進(jìn)入深厚砂土層或動(dòng)側(cè)摩阻力達(dá)到一定值時(shí)溜樁將逐漸停止,若是后者則再次打樁后不再發(fā)生溜樁現(xiàn)象。計(jì)算動(dòng)側(cè)摩阻時(shí)須考慮沉樁過(guò)程中擴(kuò)孔效應(yīng)和循環(huán)荷載作用。計(jì)算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)吻合較好。
[Abstract]:In the process of large diameter pipe pile sinking in ocean engineering, pile slip often occurs, and unexpected slide pile will cause a lot of serious engineering problems. It is necessary to accurately judge the slide pile section. Combined with practical engineering, this paper analyzes the mechanism of producing and stopping of slide pile, puts forward the calculation method of dynamic penetration resistance by studying the effect of soil strength reduction and excess pore pressure in pile driving process, makes use of work, The energy principle is used to analyze the energy transformation in the pile slide process, and the corresponding calculation formula is deduced. The prediction of the pile slide process is realized by combining the dynamic penetration resistance calculation method. The results show that when the pile ends into the deep sand layer or the frictional resistance of the moving side reaches a certain value, the sliding pile will stop gradually, and if the latter pile is driven again, the phenomenon of sliding pile will not occur again. In calculating the frictional resistance of the moving side, the effect of hole expansion and cyclic load should be considered in the process of piling. The calculated results are in good agreement with the field measured data.
