【摘要】：本文簡(jiǎn)要梳理了世界深水油氣勘探開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)與深水工程重大裝備的發(fā)展歷程,以及世界各大海域億噸級(jí)大型深水油氣田的開(kāi)發(fā)概況。回顧了我國(guó)海洋石油特別是1982年中國(guó)海洋石油總公司成立后至今約34年的飛速發(fā)展進(jìn)程,明確了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)已具備300 m水深以淺的海洋石油勘探開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)體系和裝備能力,達(dá)到5×107 t年產(chǎn)能,初步建成以海洋石油981半潛式鉆井平臺(tái)為核心的深水重大工程裝備,同時(shí)我國(guó)南海第一個(gè)深水氣田荔灣3 1氣田(水深1 480 m)成功投產(chǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了我國(guó)海洋能源開(kāi)發(fā)面臨著"南臺(tái)北冰"惡劣的自然條件、高粘、易凝、高含CO2復(fù)雜油氣藏特性、深水陸坡、遠(yuǎn)距離控制等巨大挑戰(zhàn),指出我國(guó)海洋能源工程的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly reviews the development course of the world deepwater oil and gas exploration and development technology and major equipment of deep-water engineering, as well as the general situation of the development of large deep-water oil and gas fields of one hundred million tons in every sea area of the world. This paper reviews the rapid development process of offshore oil in China, especially since the establishment of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) in 1982. It is clear that China has a technical system and equipment capacity for offshore oil exploration and development with a water depth of 300 m at this stage. The production capacity reached 5 脳 10 7 t per year, and a major deep-water engineering equipment with the core of the offshore oil 981 semi-submersible drilling platform was initially built. Meanwhile, the Liwan Sanjiao 1 gas field (water depth of 1 480 m), the first deep water gas field in the South China Sea, was successfully put into production. On this basis, it is expounded that the marine energy development in China is faced with severe natural conditions of "South Taipei Ice", such as high viscosity, easy coagulation, high CO2 complex oil and gas reservoir characteristics, deep water slope, remote control and so on. The strategic objectives and key points of marine energy engineering in China are pointed out.
