【摘要】:將霧化強(qiáng)化加濕技術(shù)引入加濕除濕海水淡化系統(tǒng),搭建霧化加濕過(guò)程性能測(cè)試平臺(tái),并對(duì)不同操作下霧化加濕器內(nèi)的霧滴蒸發(fā)與空氣熱濕過(guò)程進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,氣液體積比與進(jìn)口空氣溫度對(duì)加濕器的加濕性能影響較大,當(dāng)加濕器進(jìn)口空氣溫度為90℃,氣液體積比為(20~25)×10~3時(shí),加濕器出口溫度約為36℃,出口相對(duì)濕度在90%以上,蒸發(fā)率在50%以上。
[Abstract]:The atomization enhanced humidification technology was introduced into the desiccant desalination system, and the performance test platform of the atomization humidification process was set up, and the evaporation of droplet and the hot moisture process of air in the atomizing humidifier under different operation were studied experimentally.
