豎壁自儲(chǔ)水式太陽能蒸餾裝置運(yùn)行特性分析

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)三效回?zé)嶝Q壁自儲(chǔ)水式太陽能海水淡化裝置。對其在實(shí)際天氣下的運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行測試,得到裝置全天溫度、產(chǎn)水率及累計(jì)產(chǎn)水量變化曲線,實(shí)驗(yàn)測試中裝置性能系數(shù)為1.35。構(gòu)建裝置的傳熱傳質(zhì)計(jì)算模型,通過與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對比驗(yàn)證模型的準(zhǔn)確性并進(jìn)一步對裝置特性進(jìn)行研究。利用所構(gòu)建模型分析系統(tǒng)的能量流動(dòng)情況,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)無效熱能散失過大是裝置在實(shí)際天氣運(yùn)行時(shí)性能系數(shù)偏低的主要原因。最后,對該類太陽能海水淡化系統(tǒng)經(jīng)優(yōu)化后的實(shí)地運(yùn)行性能進(jìn)行預(yù)測和評(píng)估,為工程應(yīng)用提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:A three-effect vertical wall self-storage solar desalination system for seawater desalination was designed.The operating parameters in the actual weather are measured, and the variation curves of the whole day temperature, water production rate and cumulative water production are obtained. The performance coefficient of the device is 1.35 in the experimental test.The calculation model of heat and mass transfer of the device is constructed. The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental data and the characteristics of the device are further studied.The energy flow of the system is analyzed by using the established model. It is found that the main reason for the low performance coefficient of the device in actual weather operation is the excessive loss of invalid heat energy.Finally, the field operation performance of this kind of solar desalination system is predicted and evaluated, which provides guidance for engineering application.
