基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)組織管理和應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)是地理國(guó)情監(jiān)測(cè)的組成部分,基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)是地理市情普查的重要工作內(nèi)容,具有多源、海量、多尺度、多時(shí)態(tài)的特點(diǎn),有效合理組織管理這些數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)普查的基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行組織與管理,構(gòu)建基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),為地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)服務(wù)建立了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),強(qiáng)化了數(shù)字城市的服務(wù)功能。 基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)主要包括地形地貌數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、地表覆蓋數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、地理界線數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi)容、數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn)和數(shù)據(jù)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析研究,初步建立了基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)與基礎(chǔ)地理信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、數(shù)字城市地理空間框架數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)之間的關(guān)系,以及基于數(shù)字城市的基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)應(yīng)用服務(wù)總體結(jié)構(gòu)。 多版本基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)要素關(guān)聯(lián)和匹配是基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)組織管理的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題。從粗匹配和精匹配兩方面研究了多版本要素之間的匹配方法。按照設(shè)定的規(guī)則將版本數(shù)據(jù)映射到統(tǒng)一的網(wǎng)格上,通過(guò)網(wǎng)格關(guān)聯(lián)實(shí)現(xiàn)多版本要素的粗匹配,分析了網(wǎng)格大小對(duì)粗匹配精度的影響和最優(yōu)網(wǎng)格單元的確定方法。從點(diǎn)匹配、線匹配、面匹配三個(gè)方面研究多版本基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)要素的精匹配策略,對(duì)粗匹配結(jié)果進(jìn)行特征判斷,實(shí)現(xiàn)要素精匹配。以多版本居民地要素為例,通過(guò)粗匹配、精匹配處理,建立起了多版本居民地要素之間的關(guān)聯(lián),并結(jié)合應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多版本居民地的變化信息提取,驗(yàn)證了要素關(guān)聯(lián)和匹配方法。 基于對(duì)基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)、數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系的研究,構(gòu)建了基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)組織結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用Geodatabase空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)構(gòu)建了基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。對(duì)基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),給出了應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)和開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)路線。應(yīng)用ArcGIS Engine,在ArcGIS環(huán)境進(jìn)行了基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)加載、鷹眼顯示等功能,以及基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的查詢(xún)、統(tǒng)計(jì)功能。 論文從地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)本底數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)、數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)系、多版本要素關(guān)聯(lián)和匹配,以及基本地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建庫(kù)和應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)方面,對(duì)地理市情監(jiān)測(cè)本底數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的數(shù)據(jù)組織管理和應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究,對(duì)于正在進(jìn)行的地理國(guó)情普查具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Geographical market situation monitoring is an integral part of geographical situation monitoring. The basic geographical market situation monitoring database is an important work content of geographical market situation survey. It has the characteristics of multi-source, mass, multi-scale and multi-tense, effectively and reasonably organizes and manages these data, organizes and manages the basic geographical market situation monitoring data, constructs the basic geographical market situation monitoring database, and establishes the basic data for the geographical market situation monitoring service. It strengthens the service function of digital city. The basic geographical market monitoring database mainly includes terrain and geomorphology database, surface coverage database and geographical boundary database. The content of the database, the characteristics of the data and the relationship between the data are analyzed and studied. The relationship between the basic geographical market monitoring database and the basic geographic information database and the digital urban geo-spatial framework database is preliminarily established. And the basic geographical market situation monitoring application service structure based on digital city. The association and matching of multi-version basic geographical market monitoring data elements is the key technical problem in the data organization and management of basic geographical market monitoring database. The matching method between multi-version elements is studied from two aspects of rough matching and fine matching. According to the set rules, the version data is mapped to the unified grid, and the rough matching of multi-version elements is realized by grid association. The influence of grid size on the accuracy of rough matching and the determination method of optimal grid element are analyzed. From three aspects of point matching, line matching and surface matching, this paper studies the fine matching strategy of multi-version basic geographical market monitoring elements, judges the characteristics of rough matching results, and realizes the fine matching of elements. Taking the multi-version residential land elements as an example, through rough matching and fine matching processing, the correlation between the multi-version resident land elements is established, and combined with the application, the change information extraction of the multi-version residential land is realized, and the element association and matching method is verified. Based on the research on the content, characteristics and data relationship of the basic geographical market situation monitoring database, the organizational structure of the basic geographical market situation monitoring database is constructed, and the basic geographical market situation monitoring database is constructed by using Geodatabase spatial database. The application system of basic geographical situation monitoring is designed, and the architecture and development technical route of the application system are given. The basic geographical market monitoring application system is developed by using ArcGIS Engine, in ArcGIS environment, and the functions of database management, data loading, hawk eye display, query and statistics of basic geographical market monitoring data are realized. This paper makes a systematic study on the data organization, management and application system of the background database of geographical market monitoring from the aspects of data content, characteristics, data relationship, multi-version element association and matching, as well as the establishment and application system of the basic geographical market monitoring background database, which has certain reference value for the ongoing survey of geographical national conditions.
