基于WebGIS的野生動物調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:野生動物是十分寶貴的自然資源,它的生存與發(fā)展維系著生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的平衡與穩(wěn)定,是事關(guān)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要生態(tài)資本。我國政府把保護(hù)野生動物自然資源、改善生態(tài)環(huán)境列為一項(xiàng)基本國策,為保護(hù)世界瀕危物種作出了巨大努力。了解和掌握野生動物種類、數(shù)量以及分布等最常用、最基本的方法就是進(jìn)行野外調(diào)查。 大熊貓是我國特有的珍稀野生動物,我國政府十分重視大熊貓保護(hù)工作。國家林業(yè)局高度重視大熊貓資源定期調(diào)查工作,從上世紀(jì)70年代中期開始,先后開展了三次全國大熊貓調(diào)查,已經(jīng)初步摸清了大熊貓的家底和保護(hù)情況,為強(qiáng)化大熊貓保護(hù)管理工作提供了重要參考。 隨著地理信息系統(tǒng)(以下簡稱“GIS”)在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的深入應(yīng)用,網(wǎng)絡(luò)地理信息系統(tǒng)(以下簡稱“WebGIS”)的應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛。運(yùn)用WebGIS,可以使調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的管理和分析更加高效,也為全國大熊貓調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的管理提供了新的解決思路和方法。本論文著重研究如何運(yùn)用WebGIS,為野生動物調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的管理提供服務(wù)。 論文通過對全國大熊貓調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)管理現(xiàn)狀以及WebGIS技術(shù)在野生動物調(diào)查領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的深入分析和總結(jié),結(jié)合實(shí)際,研究了全國大熊貓調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的采集過程、管理方式和用途等,擬定了合適的系統(tǒng)平臺和功能模塊,選擇ArcGIS Server平臺為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合Microsoft的Visual Studio2010,利用ASP.NET技術(shù)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)。 論文實(shí)現(xiàn)了客戶端版和網(wǎng)頁版兩種數(shù)據(jù)上傳功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)頁上的數(shù)據(jù)查詢、維護(hù)和分析等功能,不同角色的用戶可以通過Web瀏覽器登錄系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)權(quán)限內(nèi)的相關(guān)操作。 論文的研究成果在于提出了一種行業(yè)內(nèi)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)管理的解決方案,它既兼融了已有的數(shù)據(jù)采集錄入模式,,又解決了分散的、異構(gòu)的數(shù)據(jù)及時(shí)合并的問題,而且給出了一種方便快捷的查詢管理和展示分析的系統(tǒng)平臺。
[Abstract]:Wildlife is a very valuable natural resource, its survival and development maintain the balance and stability of the ecosystem, and it is an important ecological capital for the sustainable development of social economy. Our government has made great efforts to protect the natural resources of wild animals and improve the ecological environment as a basic national policy for the protection of endangered species in the world. The most commonly used methods are to know and master the species, quantity and distribution of wild animals, and the most basic method is to carry out field investigation. Giant panda is a rare wild animal unique to our country. Our government attaches great importance to the protection of giant panda. The State Forestry Administration attaches great importance to the regular investigation of giant panda resources. Since the mid-1970s, the State Forestry Administration has carried out three national giant panda surveys, and has preliminarily understood the family background and protection of giant pandas. It provides an important reference for the management of giant panda protection. With the deep application of geographic information system (GIS) in various fields, the application of network geographic information system (WebGIS) is becoming more and more extensive. The application of WebGIS, can make the management and analysis of the survey data more efficient and provide a new solution for the management of the survey data of giant pandas in China. This paper focuses on how to use WebGIS, to provide services for wildlife survey data management. Through the in-depth analysis and summary of the current situation of data management and the application of WebGIS technology in the field of wildlife investigation, this paper studies the collection process, management methods and uses of the survey data of giant pandas in the whole country, and so on. The suitable system platform and function module are proposed. Based on the ArcGIS Server platform and the Visual Studio2010, of Microsoft, the system is developed and realized by using ASP.NET technology. The paper realizes two kinds of data uploading functions: client version and web page version, realizes the functions of data query, maintenance and analysis on the web page. Users of different roles can log on to the system through Web browser, and realize the related operation within the authority. The research result of this paper is to put forward a kind of solution of the survey data management in the industry. It not only integrates the existing data collection and input mode, but also solves the problem of the scattered and heterogeneous data merging in time. Moreover, a convenient and quick system platform for query management and display analysis is given.
