基于嵌入式GIS技術的原油管道巡檢管理系統(tǒng)設計與研究

【摘要】:21世紀以來,石油作為人類生存和發(fā)展的重要能源基礎,成為當今國際政治、經濟、軍事、外交關注的焦點。面對分布廣泛且環(huán)境復雜的原油輸油管道,如何確保輸油管道的暢通和安全,具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。傳統(tǒng)的輸油管道巡檢普遍采用的是人工巡線、人工紙質記錄的工作方式。為了保證管道巡檢工作的順利進行,減少不必要的人為經濟損失,設計一種改變傳統(tǒng)落后的巡檢方式的呼聲越來越高。 本論文首先結合管道巡檢的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,論述了課題的研究意義和目的,并對項目管理理論、嵌入式GIS、GPS、GPRS、EMS3.0等核心技術進行了研究,對系統(tǒng)進行整體設計和系統(tǒng)分析之后,結合項目管理的基本原理,優(yōu)化了巡檢管理模式,在已有管道地理信息系統(tǒng)的基礎之上,進行了二次開發(fā),成功的設計了基于嵌入式GIS技術的原油管道巡檢管理系統(tǒng)。論文的核心內容包括巡檢監(jiān)控平臺的設計、嵌入式手持終端的設計和數(shù)據維護中心的設計實現(xiàn)。對不同的用戶角色分級進行管理權限配置,并在數(shù)據庫中對數(shù)據流圖和數(shù)據結構進行了設計。同時,確保手持終端通過移動互聯(lián)網通信技術,實現(xiàn)與服務器管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據傳輸和共享,彌補了傳統(tǒng)管道巡檢管理的信息滯后、不可視的缺點,實現(xiàn)對目標的可視化、實時化和數(shù)字化的管理,達到了數(shù)據共享、統(tǒng)一管理、遠程監(jiān)控和管道巡檢“一張圖”管理的目的。 本論文的主要創(chuàng)新點首先是將項目管理的原理和思想成功應用到石油企業(yè)管道巡檢管理中,對管道巡檢管理流程進行了優(yōu)化;成功將嵌入式GIS技術應用到android移動終端,提高了巡線人員野外讀取地圖、獲知管道信息的認知能力;采用了目前最先進的瓦片數(shù)據處理技術,成功解決了海量圖形數(shù)據顯示與傳輸速度難題;加入信息化管理元素,根據企業(yè)實際需求,開發(fā)了巡線評分模塊,制定評分標準,細化計算公式,使計算機自動對巡線人員工作情況進行評分,分別按照日、周、月和年的不同時間段輸出工作評價表。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, oil, as an important energy source for human survival and development, has become the focus of international political, economic, military and diplomatic attention. Facing the widely distributed and complicated crude oil pipeline, it is of great practical significance to ensure the smooth flow and safety of the pipeline. Traditional oil pipeline inspection generally adopts manual inspection and manual paper recording. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the pipeline inspection and reduce the unnecessary artificial economic losses, the voice of designing a new way to change the traditional backward inspection is becoming more and more popular. In this paper, the significance and purpose of the research are discussed based on the development history and present situation of pipeline inspection, and the core technologies, such as project management theory, embedded GIS / GPS / EMS3.0 and so on, are studied. After the overall design and system analysis, the system is designed and analyzed. Combined with the basic principle of project management, this paper optimizes the mode of inspection and management. Based on the existing pipeline geographic information system, it has carried on the secondary development, and has successfully designed the crude oil pipeline inspection management system based on embedded GIS technology. The core contents of this paper include the design of patrol monitoring platform, the design of embedded handheld terminal and the design of data maintenance center. Different user role hierarchies are configured, and data flow diagrams and data structures are designed in the database. At the same time, it ensures that the handheld terminal can realize the data transmission and sharing with the server management system through the mobile Internet communication technology, which makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional pipeline inspection and management information lag, not visible, and realizes the visualization of the target. The management of real-time and digitalization has achieved the purpose of data sharing, unified management, remote monitoring and pipeline inspection "one chart" management. The main innovation of this paper is to successfully apply the principle and thought of project management to the pipeline inspection management of petroleum enterprises, optimize the pipeline inspection management flow, and successfully apply embedded GIS technology to the mobile terminal of android. It improves the cognitive ability of line patrol personnel to read maps and get pipeline information in the field, adopts the most advanced tile data processing technology at present, successfully solves the problem of displaying and transmitting massive graphics data, and adds information management elements, According to the actual needs of the enterprise, the marking module of the patrol line is developed, the scoring standard is formulated, the calculation formula is refined, and the computer automatically scores the work of the line patrol personnel, according to the day and week, respectively. Output job evaluation form for different time periods of month and year.
