【摘要】：正作為一項(xiàng)新的測(cè)繪手段,三維激光掃描技術(shù)以其高速、高精度、非接觸的測(cè)量特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。從20世紀(jì)90年代的每秒1000點(diǎn)到如今的超過(guò)100萬(wàn)點(diǎn),其掃描速率有了多個(gè)量級(jí)的飛躍。同時(shí)其掃描精度也越來(lái)越高,100 m內(nèi)測(cè)距精度優(yōu)于2 mm。本文以天寶TX8三維激光掃描儀為例,介紹三維激光掃描測(cè)量的作業(yè)流程及三維激光掃描技術(shù)在煉化廠區(qū)改擴(kuò)建中的作用。1某煉廠分餾裝置區(qū)升級(jí)改造項(xiàng)目三維激光掃描測(cè)量
[Abstract]:As a new method of surveying and mapping, 3D laser scanning technology is more and more widely used because of its high speed, high precision and non-contact measurement. From 1000 points per second in the 1990 s to more than 1 million points today, the scanning rate has jumped by several orders of magnitude. At the same time, the scanning accuracy is higher and higher than 2 mm within 100 m. Taking Tianbao TX8 3D laser scanner as an example, this paper introduces the operation flow of 3D laser scanning measurement and the function of 3D laser scanning technology in the reconstruction and extension of refinery site.
