【摘要】：行人導(dǎo)航狀態(tài)的自動(dòng)識(shí)別是行人導(dǎo)航研究的一個(gè)難點(diǎn)問題,對(duì)提升行人導(dǎo)航軟件服務(wù)的精準(zhǔn)反饋與改善導(dǎo)航性能至關(guān)重要,此方面已有的研究工作很少。本文提出了一種基于有限狀態(tài)自動(dòng)機(jī)的行人導(dǎo)航狀態(tài)匹配算法,其核心思想是在識(shí)別行人動(dòng)作基礎(chǔ)上匹配行人當(dāng)前導(dǎo)航狀態(tài)。利用谷歌眼鏡及智能手機(jī)采集的多種傳感器數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)行人動(dòng)作進(jìn)行識(shí)別,得到其動(dòng)作特征參數(shù);然后將行人導(dǎo)航狀態(tài)分為熟悉、陌生及迷路3類,根據(jù)有限狀態(tài)自動(dòng)機(jī)理論建立狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移模型,設(shè)計(jì)基于該模型的行人導(dǎo)航狀態(tài)匹配算法;最后,實(shí)現(xiàn)狀態(tài)匹配算法,通過試驗(yàn)對(duì)該算法的有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該算法能夠較好地識(shí)別行人導(dǎo)航過程中的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移,其中對(duì)熟悉向陌生狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確度較高,對(duì)迷路狀態(tài)識(shí)別準(zhǔn)確度達(dá)到90%。
[Abstract]:Automatic recognition of pedestrian navigation state is a difficult problem in pedestrian navigation research. It is very important to improve the accurate feedback of pedestrian navigation software service and improve navigation performance. In this paper, a state matching algorithm for pedestrian navigation based on finite state automata is proposed. Its core idea is to match the current navigation state of pedestrians on the basis of identifying pedestrian movements. Using the data of various sensors collected by Google Glass and smart phone to identify the pedestrian movement and obtain its motion characteristic parameters, the pedestrian navigation status is divided into three categories: familiar, unfamiliar and lost. According to the theory of finite state automata, a state transition model is established, and a state matching algorithm for pedestrian navigation based on this model is designed. Finally, the state matching algorithm is implemented, and the validity of the algorithm is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the algorithm can recognize the state transition in pedestrian navigation process, and the accuracy of recognition of familiar to unfamiliar state is higher, and that of labyrinth is 90%.
