【摘要】：針對多傳感器觀測信息較多、計算效率較低、對動力學(xué)模型誤差穩(wěn)鍵性不佳的問題,提出了一種自適應(yīng)聯(lián)邦濾波器并應(yīng)用于GPS-INS-Odometer組合導(dǎo)航。首先介紹GPS-INS-Odometer組合導(dǎo)航的動力學(xué)模型和觀測模型,比較分析了信息分配因子和自適應(yīng)因子的共同特性,論證了聯(lián)邦濾波器和自適應(yīng)濾波器的等價性及其等價成立條件,提出了自適應(yīng)聯(lián)邦濾波器的信息分配因子構(gòu)造方法。最后利用實測數(shù)據(jù)驗證了算法的有效性。結(jié)果表明,相比于基于GPS和Odometer(里程計)初始方差構(gòu)造信息分配因子的聯(lián)邦濾波器,本文提出的自適應(yīng)聯(lián)邦濾波器兼容了聯(lián)邦濾波器高效計算效率,且具有較好的抵抗動力學(xué)模型誤差效果,能夠有效削弱多傳感器動力學(xué)模型誤差對于導(dǎo)航解算的影響,對直接可測參數(shù)和間接可測參數(shù)的精度提高均起到了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:An adaptive federated filter is proposed to solve the problem of low computational efficiency and poor stability of dynamic model error. An adaptive federated filter is proposed and applied to GPS-INS-Odometer integrated navigation. Firstly, the dynamic model and observation model of GPS-INS-Odometer integrated navigation are introduced, the common characteristics of information allocation factor and adaptive factor are compared and analyzed, and the equivalence of federated filter and adaptive filter is proved. An information allocation factor construction method for adaptive federated filters is proposed. Finally, the validity of the algorithm is verified by the measured data. The results show that the proposed adaptive federated filter is compatible with the efficient computation efficiency of the federated filter, compared with the federated filter based on the initial variance of GPS and odometer. It can effectively weaken the influence of multi-sensor dynamic model error on navigation solution and improve the accuracy of direct and indirect measurable parameters.
