不透水面在城市建成區(qū)提取及擴展分析中的應用

【摘要】:城市建成區(qū)是城市化的重要標志,是對城市擴大和發(fā)展的直觀反映,了解城市建成區(qū)范圍和城市擴展趨勢,可以指引城市規(guī)劃管理及城市統(tǒng)計分析等的有序進行。城市內(nèi)的不透水面是城市建成區(qū)的重要標志,通過對不透水面的研究可以間接反映城市建成區(qū)的發(fā)展變化。 本文首先對不透水面提取方法進行研究,再以不透水面為基礎進行城市建成區(qū)的擴展分析,最后以江陰市2003年1月16日SPOT多光譜影像、2006年11月9日ALOS多光譜影像、2010年8月20日ALOS多光譜影像為基礎進行城市建成區(qū)提取與分析,從而實現(xiàn)對理論方法的實驗驗證和有效性分析。 本文主要的工作內(nèi)容如下: (1)以eCognition軟件為平臺,以不透水面為基礎,采用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒▽Τ鞘薪ǔ蓞^(qū)進行提取。在提取過程中提出一種IRMAS方法用于最優(yōu)分割尺度選擇,以便提高提取精度; (2)結合城市規(guī)劃相關規(guī)范,通過分析和計算定量地制定城市建成區(qū)界定方案,劃分城市內(nèi)各組份的歸屬,改變以往依據(jù)行政界線劃分城市建成區(qū)的思路和觀念; (3)應用引力模型,通過計算各區(qū)域間的引力,從而對提取的城市建成區(qū)進行等級劃分。以城市主建成區(qū)為重點研究對象,根據(jù)多時相影像進行主建成區(qū)的擴展分析。 通過江陰市城市建成區(qū)提取的實驗,本文得到以下基本結論:以不透水面為標志提取的范圍,與城市行政區(qū)劃圖進行對比后,基本能夠正確表達城市建成區(qū)范圍;使用IRMAS方法進行最優(yōu)分割尺度選擇可以使計算過程更細膩、分割精度更高;以城市規(guī)劃標準和城市發(fā)展情況為依據(jù)制定建成區(qū)界定方案,更符合建成區(qū)定義,并具有靈活性和通用性;用引力模型求取的城市主建成區(qū)范圍,通過與城市統(tǒng)計年鑒和行政區(qū)劃圖相對比,基本與實際城市中心范圍相吻合;通過多時相影像進行的城市擴展分析,能夠快速、明顯的反映城市發(fā)展變化情況。
[Abstract]:Urban built-up area is an important symbol of urbanization and a direct reflection of urban expansion and development. Understanding the scope of urban built-up area and the trend of urban expansion can guide the orderly development of urban planning management and urban statistical analysis. Impermeable surface is an important symbol of urban built-up area. The study of impermeable water surface can indirectly reflect the development and change of urban built-up area. In this paper, firstly, the method of extracting impervious water surface is studied, and then the expansion analysis of urban built-up area based on impervious surface is carried out. Finally, based on the SPOT multispectral image of Jiangyin city on January 16, 2003, the ALOS multispectral image on November 9, 2006 and the ALOS multispectral image on August 20, 2010, the urban built-up area is extracted and analyzed. Thus, the experimental verification and validity analysis of the theory and method are realized. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) based on eCognition software and impervious surface, an object oriented method is used to extract urban built-up areas. In the process of extraction, a IRMAS method is proposed to select the optimal segmentation scale in order to improve the precision of extraction. (2) combined with the relevant norms of urban planning, through the analysis and calculation to make the definition scheme of urban built-up area, to divide the attribution of each component in the city, and to change the thought and idea of dividing the urban built-up area according to the administrative boundary in the past; (3) applying gravity model, the gradation of the extracted urban built-up area is carried out by calculating the gravity between different regions. Based on the multi-temporal image, the expansion analysis of the main built area is carried out. Through the experiment of Jiangyin city building area extraction, this paper obtains the following basic conclusions: the scope of extraction with impermeable surface as the mark, and the comparison with the city administrative division map, basically can correctly express the scope of the city built area; Using the IRMAS method to select the optimal segmentation scale can make the calculation process more delicate and the segmentation accuracy higher, and based on the urban planning standards and the urban development situation, it is more in line with the definition of the built area. The scope of the urban main built area obtained by the gravity model is basically consistent with the actual urban central area by comparing with the city statistical yearbook and the administrative division map. The analysis of urban expansion by multi-temporal image can reflect the development and change of the city quickly and obviously.
