合肥光源升級改造工程高程控制網建立與精度評定

【摘要】:加速器準直測量是粒子加速器工程中的一項必要且關鍵的技術和工作,它的主要工作就是解決精密、復雜的加速器元件按照設計的理論位置,在較大尺寸空間中精確定位的相關問題,主要是為了減少磁鐵等關鍵設備的準直偏差對束流質量及壽命的影響,還用于運行后對元件位置的監(jiān)測和必要的準直調整。 本文首先介紹了加速器準直測量工程的特點及其主要內容,以及加速器準直測量技術的國內外發(fā)展現狀。然后根據現代加速器準直測量技術,基于合肥光源升級改造工程項目,對加速器準直測量技術進行了深入的研究。重點分析了加速器準直中的高程測量方法,高程控制網如何建立及施測,就影響高程測量精度的因素,以及各種改進措施展開討論。 本文的研究工作和合肥光源升級改造工程聯系密切,針對加速器物理提出的安裝準直公差要求,,對合肥光源升級改造工程的高程控制網建立進行了實驗研究與探討,并將成果用于合肥光源升級改造工程中,為合肥光源的加速器安裝提供了技術支持。 本文對加速器準直測量的研究與成果有以下幾個方面: 1、高程控制網如何建立的研究,由于加速器物理元件的絕對精度要求低于相對精度要求,在大空間小范圍內的測量工作,就要考慮這個因素.根據現場的實際情況,以及安裝公差的要求,提出合理可行的高程控制網建立方案。 2、高程測量方法與精度評定方法的研究,在對全站儀三角高程測量、激光跟蹤儀高程測量、精密水準測量的原理進行探討的基礎上,比較了各自的特點及優(yōu)劣性;研究了激光跟蹤儀在高程方向的測量精度,并和精密水準作了比較。 3、對合肥光源升級改造工程的加速器安裝過程進行了探討,并說明了在安裝階段高程方向如何進行控制。分析了靜力水準系統的原理,介紹本項目中的靜力水準系統,并在監(jiān)測工作中應用自行研制的靜力水準系統進行監(jiān)測。 在合肥光源升級改造工程高程控制網方案設計及施測過程中,準直測量技術貫穿其中。方案的設計參考了國內外的加速器準直測量工作,在實施過程中,結合工作現場的實際情況以及課題的研究成果,并參照其他加速器準直測量的經驗,對具體方法作了修正與改進。最終為合肥光源升級改造的順利進行提供了必要的保證。
[Abstract]:Accelerator collimation measurement is a necessary and key technology and work in particle accelerator engineering. Its main work is to solve the precise and complex accelerator elements according to the designed theoretical position.In order to reduce the influence of collimation deviation of key equipment such as magnets on beam quality and lifetime in large size space, it is also used to monitor the position of components and adjust collimation after operation.This paper first introduces the characteristics and main contents of accelerator collimation measurement, and the development of accelerator collimation measurement technology at home and abroad.Then, according to the modern accelerator collimation measurement technology, based on the Hefei light source upgrade project, the accelerator collimation measurement technology is studied deeply.The methods of height measurement in accelerator collimation, how to set up and measure the height control network, the factors that affect the accuracy of height measurement, and the improvement measures are discussed in this paper.The research work in this paper is closely related to the upgrading and transformation of Hefei light source. According to the requirement of installation collimation tolerance put forward by accelerator physics, the establishment of elevation control network of Hefei light source upgrading project is studied and discussed experimentally.The results are applied to the upgrading project of Hefei light source, which provides technical support for the accelerator installation of Hefei light source.In this paper, the research and results of accelerator collimation measurement are as follows:1. In the study of how to establish the elevation control network, because the absolute precision requirement of the accelerator's physical elements is lower than the relative precision requirement, this factor should be taken into account in the measurement work in large space and small range.According to the actual situation of the site and the requirements of installation tolerance, a reasonable and feasible scheme for setting up the elevation control network is put forward.2. The research on the methods of height measurement and precision evaluation. On the basis of discussing the principle of total station triangulation leveling, laser tracker height measurement and precision leveling, the author compares their characteristics and advantages and disadvantages.The measuring accuracy of laser tracker in elevation direction is studied and compared with precision leveling.3. The accelerator installation process of Hefei Light Source upgrading Project is discussed, and how to control the elevation direction in installation stage is explained.The principle of static leveling system is analyzed, the static leveling system in this project is introduced, and the self-developed static leveling system is used to monitor the system.The collimation measurement technology runs through the design of elevation control network scheme of Hefei Light Source upgrading Project and its application.The design of the scheme refers to the accelerator collimation measurement work at home and abroad. In the process of implementation, combining with the actual situation of the work site and the research results of the subject, and referring to the experience of other accelerators collimation measurement,The concrete method is modified and improved.Finally, it provides the necessary guarantee for the upgrading of Hefei Light Source.
