【摘要】:電力是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,電力系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)嶄新的歷史發(fā)展階段,現(xiàn)代社會(huì)對(duì)電力供應(yīng)的可靠性要求越來(lái)越高。電力系統(tǒng)的安全與穩(wěn)定對(duì)國(guó)家發(fā)展和人民生活起著至關(guān)重要的作用。 城市是電力系統(tǒng)的主要負(fù)荷中心,城市電網(wǎng)運(yùn)作是否良好取決于城市電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃與建設(shè)是否科學(xué),是否經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。對(duì)于固定資產(chǎn)額巨大的供電企業(yè)而言,城網(wǎng)規(guī)劃工作在供電企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展中始終起著決定性的作用。隨著電網(wǎng)改造的深入,電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的任務(wù)越加繁重,而且稍有不慎,就會(huì)出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)和漏洞,這將不可避免的會(huì)直接影響到電力系統(tǒng)的安全及正常運(yùn)行。因此,開發(fā)一套適應(yīng)電力發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng),可以改進(jìn)電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理工作的現(xiàn)狀,從而提高了電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理水平。 本文綜合論述了Intranet網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)、MIS軟件開發(fā)技術(shù)與遼陽(yáng)電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng)的結(jié)合過(guò)程,對(duì)項(xiàng)目整體進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析,確定了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的基本原則。系統(tǒng)采用.Net開發(fā)平臺(tái)和ORACLE數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了充分分析的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)系統(tǒng)整體進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),包括體系結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng),,并且對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能測(cè)試和綜合測(cè)試。 目前系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入試運(yùn)行,系統(tǒng)較好地解決了遼陽(yáng)供電公司電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理工作中存在的一些問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了遼陽(yáng)供電公司電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理工作的規(guī)范化、無(wú)紙化、智能化;本系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)大大減輕了管理人員的工作量,減少了人力和物力的支出,提高了遼陽(yáng)供電公司電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理的工作效率和工作質(zhì)量。通過(guò)近一年的運(yùn)行使用,系統(tǒng)功能完全滿足設(shè)計(jì)需求。該系統(tǒng)的成功應(yīng)用也為在遼寧省范圍內(nèi)全面開展電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃管理地理信息系統(tǒng)提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Electricity is the lifeblood of the national economy.With the rapid development of national economy, the construction of electric power system has entered a new historical development stage.The security and stability of power system plays an important role in national development and people's life.The city is the main load center of the power system. Whether the urban power network operates well or not depends on whether the planning and construction of the urban power network is scientific or not, and whether it is economical or reasonable.For power supply enterprises with huge fixed assets, urban power network planning has always played a decisive role in the survival and development of power supply enterprises.With the deepening of power network transformation, the task of power network planning is more and more heavy, and a little careless, there will be errors and loopholes, which will inevitably directly affect the security and normal operation of the power system.Therefore, the development of a set of power grid planning and management geographic information system can improve the current situation of power network planning and management, thus improving the level of power network planning and management.This paper comprehensively discusses the process of combining Intranet network technology, database technology and Liaoyang power network planning and management geographic information system, analyzes the requirements of the whole project in detail, and determines the basic principles of system design.The system is designed with. Net development platform and ORACLE database. Based on the full analysis of the system, the system is designed in detail, including the design of the system structure, the design of the function module and the design of the database.Finally, the GIS of power network planning and management based on network technology is realized, and the function test and comprehensive test of the system are carried out.At present, the system has been put into trial operation, the system has solved some problems in the power network planning and management of Liaoyang Power supply Company, and realized the standardization, paperless and intelligent power network planning and management of Liaoyang Power supply Company.The realization of the system greatly reduces the workload of managers, reduces the expenditure of manpower and material resources, and improves the working efficiency and working quality of power network planning and management in Liaoyang Power supply Company.After nearly a year of operation, the system functions fully meet the design requirements.The successful application of the system also provides valuable experience for the overall development of power grid planning and management GIS in Liaoning province.
