基于無人機航測的黃河冰凌監(jiān)測試驗研究

【摘要】:冰情監(jiān)測是黃河防凌決策、水資源優(yōu)化調(diào)度、水工程運行管理的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。隨著相關(guān)學(xué)科的不斷發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代科技對數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量要求越來越高,傳統(tǒng)方法已不能滿足冰情監(jiān)測的實際需求。采用無人機航測方式,利用其安全高效、人力成本低、可迅速發(fā)現(xiàn)凌汛險情及堤防病害等特點,對黃河易發(fā)凌汛險情的內(nèi)蒙古河段進(jìn)行了多架次的航測。結(jié)果表明,所采用的中遙Ⅱ型無人機較好地實現(xiàn)了在復(fù)雜環(huán)境下的航測過程,冰情數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果全面、準(zhǔn)確,為黃河凌汛險情的預(yù)測預(yù)報提供了參考,為確保黃河防凌安全發(fā)揮了積極作用。
[Abstract]:Ice condition monitoring is a key link in the Yellow River ice control decision, water resources optimization and water engineering operation and management. With the continuous development of related disciplines, modern science and technology require more and more high data quality. The traditional method can no longer meet the actual needs of ice condition monitoring.
