【摘要】:摘要:我國西部山區(qū)地質(zhì)災(zāi)害分布廣泛,類型眾多,且發(fā)生頻繁,極大的威脅著人民的生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全!百F州山區(qū)高速公路邊坡地理信息系統(tǒng)”實(shí)現(xiàn)了從宏觀上對(duì)貴州省地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)程度區(qū)劃,并結(jié)合實(shí)時(shí)雨量對(duì)危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域進(jìn)行預(yù)警預(yù)報(bào),為路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)及運(yùn)營維護(hù)提供信息參考;對(duì)公路單體邊坡進(jìn)行可視化管理和穩(wěn)定性分析,并對(duì)危險(xiǎn)性較大的邊坡提供監(jiān)測(cè)管理與預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)報(bào)功能,從而達(dá)到防災(zāi)減災(zāi)的目的。 本文主要進(jìn)行了以下工作: (1)在貴州省歷史災(zāi)害數(shù)據(jù)和其它地理信息數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)性評(píng)價(jià)方法,并采用地理處理工具構(gòu)建基于主客觀最優(yōu)組合賦權(quán)的可拓學(xué)法區(qū)劃模型,將模型封裝并發(fā)布為基于ArcGIS Server的地理處理服務(wù); (2)建立貴州省地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)性區(qū)劃子系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)貴州省地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)性區(qū)劃圖的自動(dòng)化繪制,并構(gòu)建雨量模型使之能結(jié)合實(shí)時(shí)雨量信息進(jìn)行地質(zhì)-氣象耦合預(yù)警; (3)研究邊坡穩(wěn)定性分析方法并構(gòu)建邊坡穩(wěn)定性分析模型庫,從確定性和不確定性兩個(gè)方面對(duì)邊坡進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析和分級(jí),并基于WebGIS技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)邊坡的可視化管理; (4)構(gòu)建監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理模型和災(zāi)害預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)報(bào)模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)邊坡的災(zāi)害預(yù)警預(yù)報(bào); (5)利用富互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)和WebGIS技術(shù),研發(fā)“貴州山區(qū)高速公路邊坡地理信息系統(tǒng)”。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: geological disasters are widely distributed in western mountainous areas of China, and occur frequently. It is a great threat to the life and property safety of the people. "Guizhou Mountain Highway Slope Geographic Information system" realizes the division of geological hazard vulnerability in Guizhou Province from the macro perspective. Combining with the real-time rainfall to forecast the dangerous area, it provides information reference for road network planning, design, operation and maintenance. Visual management and stability analysis of single slope of highway are carried out, and monitoring, management and forecasting functions are provided for slope with high risk, so as to achieve the purpose of disaster prevention and mitigation. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) based on the historical disaster data and other geographic information data of Guizhou Province, the evaluation method of geological hazard vulnerability is studied. Furthermore, the geographical processing tool is used to construct the extension method zoning model based on subjective and objective optimal combination weight, and the model is encapsulated and published as the geographic processing service based on ArcGIS Server. 2) establishing the subsystem of geological hazard susceptibility zoning in Guizhou province, and realizing the automatic drawing of geological hazard susceptibility zoning map in Guizhou province. The rainfall model is constructed so that it can be combined with real-time rainfall information to carry out geological and meteorological coupling early warning. 3) study the slope stability analysis method and construct the slope stability analysis model base, analyze and classify the slope stability from two aspects of certainty and uncertainty. The visual management of slope is realized based on WebGIS technology. 4) constructing the pre-processing model of monitoring data and the model of disaster prediction and forecasting to realize the early warning and forecasting of slope disaster; Using rich internet technology and WebGIS technology, this paper develops "Guizhou Mountain Highway Slope Geographic Information system".
