【摘要】:中國(guó)從"十一五"末實(shí)施高分辨率對(duì)地觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)重大專項(xiàng),全面建設(shè)具備高空間分辨率、高時(shí)間分辨率、高光譜分辨率和高精度觀測(cè)能力的自主、先進(jìn)的對(duì)地觀測(cè)體系,加強(qiáng)和完善相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,構(gòu)建穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行系統(tǒng),并積極滿足中國(guó)資源環(huán)境、農(nóng)業(yè)、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)等方面的重大戰(zhàn)略需求,著力強(qiáng)化各行業(yè)和區(qū)域應(yīng)用能力,促進(jìn)高分辨率對(duì)地觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)廣泛應(yīng)用,推動(dòng)中國(guó)空間信息產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,為中國(guó)從航天大國(guó)邁向航天強(qiáng)國(guó),有效適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)促進(jìn)信息消費(fèi)、擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需提供有力支撐。
[Abstract]:China from "11th Five-Year" at the end of the implementation of high resolution earth observation system of major projects, the comprehensive construction with high spatial resolution, high temporal resolution, high spectral resolution and high precision observation ability of independent, advanced land observing system, strengthen and improve the relevant infrastructure construction, operation system, and actively meet the China resource environment agriculture, the strategic requirements of disaster prevention and mitigation, etc., to strengthen the industry and regional application ability, promote the high resolution earth observation data are widely used, to promote the rapid development of China spatial information industry, as China from aerospace power to aerospace power, effectively adapt to the new normal economic development to promote information consumption, expanding domestic demand to provide strong support.
