【摘要】：利用主成分分析方法和地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)技術(shù),對(duì)杭州市中心城區(qū)建設(shè)用地適宜性從柵格尺度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),探索中心城區(qū)這一特定土地利用空間建設(shè)用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)的特點(diǎn),以豐富建設(shè)用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)的方法體系,確定杭州市中心城區(qū)建設(shè)用地適宜性空間格局。研究結(jié)果表明:杭州市中心城區(qū)建設(shè)用地適宜性的空間格局呈從已有建成區(qū)、主干道沿線以及未來(lái)城市規(guī)劃區(qū)向外遞減的圈層結(jié)構(gòu);影響中心城區(qū)建設(shè)用地適宜性的影響因素應(yīng)以經(jīng)濟(jì)適宜性為主,兼顧生態(tài)適宜性,其中建成區(qū)鄰域密度、道路密度和城市規(guī)劃區(qū)鄰域密度是影響中心城區(qū)建設(shè)用地適宜性的關(guān)鍵因素,決定了中心城區(qū)建設(shè)用地適宜性的總體格局。利用主成分分析方法確定的中心城區(qū)建設(shè)用地適宜性空間格局經(jīng)驗(yàn)證與杭州市城市開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)程相吻合,可以為杭州市中心城區(qū)建設(shè)用地優(yōu)化布局與結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:The analysis method and geographic information system using the principal component (GIS) technology, the central area of Hangzhou city construction land suitability evaluation from grid scale, explore the city center the specific land use spatial construction land suitability evaluation of the characteristics of construction land, in order to enrich the system of feasible evaluation, determine the construction of Hangzhou city the suitability of the land use spatial pattern. The results show that: Hangzhou city construction land suitability spatial pattern of a built-up area, along the main road and circle structure of future city planning area descended from existing; influencing factors of city center land suitable to influence economic suitability, ecological suitability, the built-up area, neighborhood density the road density and city planning area neighborhood density is the center of the city construction land for key factors, determines the center city construction land suitable for the overall pattern of. The spatial pattern of construction land suitability determined by principal component analysis is consistent with the urban development process of Hangzhou, which can provide reference for the layout and structural adjustment of urban land in Hangzhou.
