【摘要】：從土地執(zhí)法監(jiān)察管理的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),探討了基于"一張圖"平臺(tái)的國(guó)土資源執(zhí)法監(jiān)察系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了土地執(zhí)法監(jiān)察系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能模塊,并進(jìn)一步給出了土地執(zhí)法監(jiān)察數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建設(shè)和數(shù)據(jù)交換的技術(shù)方法。該系統(tǒng)方案的應(yīng)用將有利于快速、準(zhǔn)確地監(jiān)控國(guó)土資源違法行為,強(qiáng)化對(duì)國(guó)土資源違法行為的監(jiān)控能力,有效地提高了國(guó)土部門執(zhí)法監(jiān)察工作效率和執(zhí)法水平。
[Abstract]:Starting from the actual needs of the land law enforcement management, discussed based on the "one map" platform for law enforcement and supervision of land resources system construction scheme, design the structure and function of land law enforcement supervision system module, and further gives the method of exchange of land law enforcement and supervision database construction and data. The application of the system plan will help to monitor illegal activities of land and resources quickly and accurately, strengthen the monitoring ability of illegal activities of land and resources, and effectively improve the efficiency and enforcement level of law enforcement and supervision in the land sector.

【正文快照】： 0引言當(dāng)前我國(guó)正處于快速工業(yè)化、城市化的進(jìn)程中,耕地保護(hù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的矛盾日益突出。土地問題關(guān)乎我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,也關(guān)系到億萬(wàn)民眾的切身利益[1]。為此,國(guó)家及各省市明確提出了要加大土地管理執(zhí)法力度,嚴(yán)肅查處非法用地、占地等違法行為,這就對(duì)執(zhí)法監(jiān)察工作
