多通道井間地震觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:多通道井間地震觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)作為一個(gè)完整的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),包含了地震波的激發(fā),地震波的采集以及對(duì)采集數(shù)據(jù)的處理與分析。系統(tǒng)中的震源取用了便攜式電火花震源,采集模塊采用了基于C8051F060的高速AD采集器,本文將重點(diǎn)闡述了這兩部分的設(shè)計(jì)。在便攜式電火花震源的設(shè)計(jì)上主要考慮了工頻充電與變頻高壓充電以及對(duì)電火花的能量檢測(cè)和電壓閉環(huán)控制。便攜式電火花的硬件部分不僅僅涉及到電子電路的硬件模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和各個(gè)模塊的器件選擇還涉及到機(jī)械零部件的設(shè)計(jì)與組裝問(wèn)題。在震源的機(jī)械部件設(shè)計(jì)上我們利用Solidworks三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)內(nèi)部的整體進(jìn)行模擬拼接,根據(jù)每個(gè)元器件的實(shí)際尺寸設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)圖,然后再進(jìn)行模擬組裝,以達(dá)到在儀器外部達(dá)到三維可視化的效果。而在多通道采集儀的設(shè)計(jì)上利用了C8051F060單片機(jī)片內(nèi)的16位高精度A/D,實(shí)現(xiàn)了0--5V的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電壓信號(hào)的高精度測(cè)量。采集儀的設(shè)計(jì)中同樣包含了對(duì)C8051F060單片機(jī)的各個(gè)接口電路的設(shè)計(jì)和焊接布線等硬件方面的考慮而且還要對(duì)C8051F060單片機(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)采集過(guò)程進(jìn)行軟件編程和調(diào)試運(yùn)行。除此之外,本文對(duì)于整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的震源部分和采集部分的性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)同步處理和聯(lián)機(jī)測(cè)試,進(jìn)而使觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)取得了有效的數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過(guò)多次重復(fù)采集驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng)具有很好的穩(wěn)定性和一致性。
[Abstract]:As a complete data acquisition system, multi-channel cross-well seismic observation system includes excitation of seismic wave, acquisition of seismic wave, processing and analysis of acquisition data. The portable EDM source is used in the system and the high speed AD collector based on C8051F060 is used in the acquisition module. The design of these two parts will be emphasized in this paper. In the design of portable spark source, the power frequency charge and frequency conversion high voltage charge, the energy detection and voltage closed loop control of electric spark are considered. The hardware part of portable EDM involves not only the design of electronic circuit hardware module and the device selection of each module, but also the design and assembly of mechanical parts. In the design of the mechanical components of the earthquake source, we use the Solidworks 3D design software to simulate and assemble the internal whole, design the structure diagram according to the actual size of each component, and then carry on the simulation assembly. In order to achieve the effect of three-dimensional visualization outside the instrument. In the design of multi-channel acquisition instrument, the 16-bit high precision A / D of C8051F060 single chip microcomputer is used to realize the high precision measurement of 0--5V standard voltage signal. The design of the collecting instrument also includes the design of the interface circuit of the C8051F060 single chip computer and the design of the welding wiring and so on. It also carries on the software programming and the debugging operation to the data acquisition process of the C8051F060 single chip computer. In addition, the performance of the source and acquisition parts of the whole system is synchronously processed and on-line tested in this paper, which makes the observation system obtain effective data. The system has good stability and consistency after repeated acquisition.
