【摘要】：我國(guó)屬于地震多發(fā)國(guó)家,地震頻繁而且強(qiáng)烈,很多優(yōu)秀的地震工作者都在努力的建立一些震后的損失快速評(píng)估模型,國(guó)內(nèi)外已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了許多年的研究,得出了不少優(yōu)秀的理論。地震損失快速評(píng)估對(duì)災(zāi)后人員救援、災(zāi)后家園重建等都具有非常重大的意義。本文主要完成了如下工作:1.主要針對(duì)本論文的選題背景、研究意義以及研究的目的等進(jìn)行論述。2.總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有的地震經(jīng)濟(jì)損失評(píng)估方法,介紹本專業(yè)的最新前沿動(dòng)態(tài)。3.基于震級(jí)的快速地震損失評(píng)估方法研究,運(yùn)用國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),將歷年地震經(jīng)濟(jì)損失換算成2013年水平,消除歷年經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)損失影響,分別從西南地區(qū)、西北地區(qū)和東部地區(qū)這三個(gè)方面入手分別進(jìn)行探究,以找出適用于三種情況下不同的評(píng)估模型。4.基于烈度快速地震損失評(píng)估方法研究,分別從西南地區(qū)、西北地區(qū)和東部地區(qū)三塊地區(qū)進(jìn)行探究,找出適用于三個(gè)區(qū)域的不同評(píng)估模型。5.基于震級(jí)、烈度快速地震損失評(píng)估方法研究,從地震破壞力及人類活動(dòng)所積累財(cái)富值兩方面入手,得出擬合模型并進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。6.總結(jié)本文所做工作,指出本文尚且存在的不足以及對(duì)進(jìn)一步的研究進(jìn)行初步展望和設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:China is an earthquake-prone country with frequent and strong earthquakes. Many excellent seismologists are working hard to establish some rapid assessment models of post-earthquake losses. Many years of research have been carried out at home and abroad, and many excellent theories have been obtained. The rapid assessment of earthquake damage is of great significance for rescue and reconstruction of post-disaster homes. This paper mainly completed the following work: 1. This paper mainly discusses the background, significance and purpose of this paper. 2. This paper summarizes the existing methods of earthquake economic loss assessment, and introduces the latest frontier developments of this major. 3. Based on the study of the rapid earthquake loss assessment method based on magnitude, and using the relevant statistical data of the National Bureau of Statistics, the economic losses of previous years are converted to the level of 2013 to eliminate the impact of economic development on economic losses in the past years, respectively from southwest China. In order to find out the different evaluation models suitable for the three situations, the northwest region and the eastern region are studied separately. Based on the study of intensity fast seismic loss assessment method, this paper probes into the three regions of southwest, northwest and east, and finds out the different assessment models that are suitable for the three regions. Based on the study of earthquake magnitude and intensity rapid earthquake loss assessment method, the fitting model is obtained from two aspects of earthquake damage and wealth accumulated by human activities. This paper summarizes the work done in this paper, points out the shortcomings of this paper, and makes a preliminary prospect and assumption for further research.
