雙稀釋劑計算及校正方法

【摘要】:隨著高精度同位素測量技術(shù)的發(fā)展,雙稀釋劑方法被證明是很多同位素體系測量的必要方法。盡管雙稀釋劑方法的原理和計算過程在多篇文獻(xiàn)中已有介紹,但雙稀釋劑本身的測量和校正方法還沒有被系統(tǒng)地討論過。本文從介紹同位素質(zhì)量分餾定律入手,簡明闡述了雙稀釋劑測量原理并推導(dǎo)了雙稀釋劑計算公式及計算方法。同時進(jìn)一步討論了雙稀釋劑校正方法與其對同位素測量結(jié)果的影響,提出了雙稀釋劑方法的完整公式,以及相應(yīng)的雙稀釋劑誤差傳遞推導(dǎo)過程。
[Abstract]:With the development of high precision isotope measurement technology, double diluent method has been proved to be necessary for many isotopic systems. Although the principle and calculation process of the double diluent method have been introduced in many literatures, the measurement and correction methods of the double diluent itself have not been systematically discussed. Starting with the introduction of isotopic mass fractionation law, the measuring principle of double diluent and the calculation formula and method of double diluent are presented in this paper. At the same time, the correction method of double diluent and its influence on isotopic measurement results are discussed. The complete formula of double diluent method and the derivation process of error transfer of double diluent are put forward.
