基于平板壓縮試驗(yàn)的巖石單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度估算方法研究

【摘要】:單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度是巖土工程領(lǐng)域常用的巖石力學(xué)指標(biāo)之一,在常見的試驗(yàn)研究中多用加工精確的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)巖石試件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。盡管其測(cè)試方法相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)較為簡(jiǎn)單,但是其耗時(shí)、花費(fèi)昂貴。因此快速簡(jiǎn)單測(cè)定巖石破壞強(qiáng)度、實(shí)時(shí)分析工程巖體穩(wěn)定性顯得尤為重要。平板壓縮試驗(yàn)設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單便捷,試件來(lái)源豐富、搜集便捷,對(duì)試件和試驗(yàn)條件要求不高,因此很容易在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行應(yīng)用。但因?yàn)樵嚰牟灰?guī)則性,會(huì)對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果造成諸多影響。因此,深入研究巖石平板壓縮試驗(yàn),并探討其可行性、影響因素,找到有效修正尺寸效應(yīng)的方法,在其發(fā)展和應(yīng)用上具有重大科研和工程意義。本文利用平板壓縮試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了不同巖性和含水狀態(tài)的大量巖石平板壓縮試驗(yàn),并結(jié)合相同條件下的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,對(duì)其數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并通過(guò)修正其尺寸效應(yīng)得到有效的平板壓縮強(qiáng)度計(jì)算公式、準(zhǔn)確的單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度估算公式。主要研究成果有:(1)利用平板壓縮試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)不同巖性和不同含水狀態(tài)等試驗(yàn)條件下的不規(guī)則巖石試件進(jìn)行壓縮試驗(yàn),探討不規(guī)則試件尺寸因素對(duì)其強(qiáng)度和破壞形態(tài)等方面的影響,并對(duì)平板壓縮試驗(yàn)中的尺寸效應(yīng)進(jìn)行修正;(2)完成了不同高徑比和不同直徑巖石試件的常規(guī)單軸壓縮試驗(yàn),探討單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)中的尺寸效應(yīng)及其對(duì)強(qiáng)度的影響規(guī)律;確定合理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件尺寸,得到不同巖性和不同含水狀態(tài)下的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度;(3)優(yōu)化平板壓縮強(qiáng)度計(jì)算公式,有效修正尺寸效應(yīng),綜合不同條件的平板壓縮試驗(yàn)和單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)強(qiáng)度結(jié)果,得到基于平板壓縮試驗(yàn)的單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度推導(dǎo)公式;(4)完成對(duì)平板壓縮試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,探討巖石的各向異性對(duì)平板壓縮強(qiáng)度的影響,并根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果確定不同估計(jì)誤差和置信度條件下平板壓縮試驗(yàn)的最少試件數(shù),用以優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)方案。
[Abstract]:Uniaxial compressive strength is one of the commonly used rock mechanics indexes in geotechnical engineering. Although the test method is relatively simple, it is time consuming and expensive. Therefore, it is very important to measure the failure strength of rock and analyze the stability of engineering rock mass in real time. The plate compression test equipment is simple and convenient, the specimen source is abundant, the collection is convenient, and the requirements for the specimen and test conditions are not high, so it is easy to be applied in the related fields. However, because of the irregularity of the specimen, it will have a lot of influence on the test results. Therefore, it is of great scientific and engineering significance to study the compression test of rock plate, to discuss its feasibility, influencing factors, and to find an effective method to correct the size effect in its development and application. In this paper, a large number of rock plate compression tests with different lithology and water state are carried out by using the flat plate compression test system, and the results of uniaxial compression test of standard parts under the same conditions are analyzed statistically. An effective formula for calculating the compressive strength of a plate and an accurate formula for estimating the uniaxial compressive strength are obtained by modifying its size effect. The main research results are as follows: (1) the compression tests of irregular rock specimens under different lithology and different water-bearing states are carried out by using the flat plate compression test system. The influence of dimension factors of irregular specimen on its strength and failure morphology is discussed. The size effect in plate compression test is corrected. (2) the conventional uniaxial compression tests of rock specimens with different aspect ratios and different diameters are carried out. The size effect in uniaxial compression test and its influence on strength are discussed, and the reasonable size of standard parts is determined, and the standard uniaxial compressive strength under different lithology and water content is obtained. The size effect is corrected effectively, and the results of plate compression test and uniaxial compression test under different conditions are synthesised, and the formula of uniaxial compressive strength derived based on plate compression test is obtained. (4) the statistical analysis of plate compression test data is completed. The influence of anisotropy of rock on the compression strength of flat plate is discussed. According to the statistical analysis results, the minimum number of tests under the condition of different estimation error and confidence is determined to optimize the experimental scheme.
