基于關(guān)聯(lián)挖掘的物探施工作業(yè)安全評價模型的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:石油天然氣物理勘探工程作為石油資源開發(fā)的先鋒隊,是我國油氣田開發(fā)項目中重要的一步。然而油氣物探工程以其風(fēng)險大,作業(yè)危險性高,實施環(huán)境復(fù)雜等特點,極易引起施工作業(yè)事故發(fā)生,造成財產(chǎn)的損失和人員的傷亡。為了減少事故的發(fā)生,配合科學(xué)管理和決策的需要,急需針對油氣物探施工作業(yè)的安全評價體系的研究和開發(fā)。本文針對于物探施工作業(yè)的安全評價問題,設(shè)計出一套基于關(guān)聯(lián)挖掘方法的安全評價模型,具體的研究工作如下: (1)通過對石油物探施工作業(yè)過程中可能存在的事故隱患進行研究,基于行業(yè)相關(guān)的安全評價理論,針對物探作業(yè)過程中的危險源進行分析,劃分出人不安全行為與物的不安全狀態(tài)兩大類安全指標,經(jīng)過細分最終整理出一套符合油氣物探施工特點的安全評價指標體系。 (2)針對已有的物探作業(yè)安全數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合物探施工作業(yè)的特點,建立以遺傳算法為基礎(chǔ)的關(guān)聯(lián)挖掘方法,用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的方式得到物探施工風(fēng)險指標與事故之間的聯(lián)系。 (3)將安全指標體系劃分層次,根據(jù)層次分析法理論,計算得到基礎(chǔ)安全指標對于決策目標的權(quán)重值,并利用已有的評價指標與目標間的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,建立基于關(guān)聯(lián)挖掘的物探施工作業(yè)的安全評價方法。 (4)基于在現(xiàn)場實時采集的物探施工數(shù)據(jù),利用油氣物探安全評價模塊對當(dāng)前施工作業(yè)安全狀況進行評價和分析,安全評價的結(jié)果與事實情況基本一致。 (5)設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)基于關(guān)聯(lián)挖掘的安全評價模型。
[Abstract]:As a vanguard of oil resource development, petroleum and natural gas physical exploration project is an important step in oil and gas field development project in China. However, because of its high risk, high operational risk and complex implementation environment, oil and gas geophysical exploration projects are prone to cause accidents in construction operations, resulting in property losses and casualties. In order to reduce the occurrence of accidents and meet the needs of scientific management and decision-making, the research and development of safety evaluation system for geophysical exploration construction is urgently needed. Aiming at the safety evaluation of geophysical exploration construction, a set of safety evaluation model based on association mining method is designed in this paper. The specific research work is as follows: 1) through the study of the potential accident hidden danger in the course of petroleum geophysical exploration construction, based on the safety evaluation theory related to the industry, the hazard sources in the process of geophysical exploration operation are analyzed. Two kinds of safety indexes of human unsafe behavior and unsafe state of objects are divided and a set of safety evaluation index system which accords with the characteristics of oil and gas geophysical exploration construction is sorted out by subdivision. 2) aiming at the existing geophysical exploration operation safety data and combining the characteristics of geophysical exploration construction, the association mining method based on genetic algorithm is established, and the relation between geophysical exploration construction risk index and accident is obtained by data mining. Thirdly, the safety index system is divided into different levels. According to the analytic hierarchy process theory, the weight value of the basic security index for the decision goal is calculated, and the association rules between the existing evaluation index and the target are used. The safety evaluation method of geophysical exploration construction operation based on association mining is established. Based on the geophysical exploration construction data collected in real time, the safety evaluation module of oil and gas geophysical exploration is used to evaluate and analyze the safety status of current construction operation. The result of safety evaluation is basically consistent with the actual situation. The security evaluation model based on association mining is designed and implemented.
