平臺(tái)巴西圓盤復(fù)合型加載下T應(yīng)力計(jì)算法

【摘要】:平臺(tái)巴西圓盤(CFBD)具有避免加載點(diǎn)處應(yīng)力集中、保證破壞由預(yù)制裂紋尖端處起始的優(yōu)點(diǎn),成為研究脆性材料斷裂性能的常用試件之一。最近的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),T應(yīng)力也會(huì)影響材料斷裂性能,但平臺(tái)巴西圓盤并沒有計(jì)算T應(yīng)力的解析公式。使用解析分析與有限元數(shù)值分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)復(fù)合型加載條件下平臺(tái)巴西圓盤試件的T應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并對(duì)誤差進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。結(jié)果表明,在一定載荷分布角內(nèi)相對(duì)裂紋長度?≤0.65時(shí),不管是純I、純II還是復(fù)合型加載條件下平臺(tái)巴西圓盤計(jì)算的T應(yīng)力都可以用中心裂紋巴西圓盤均布載荷下T應(yīng)力計(jì)算公式來計(jì)算;T應(yīng)力相對(duì)誤差隨著相對(duì)裂紋長度的增加而增加。
[Abstract]:The platform Brazilian disc CFBD has the advantages of avoiding stress concentration at the loading point and ensuring that the failure begins at the tip of the precast crack. It has become one of the commonly used specimens to study the fracture properties of brittle materials. Recent studies have found that T stress also affects the fracture properties of materials, but there is no analytical formula for calculating T stress on the platform Brazilian disc.
