【摘要】：隨著我國有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源在經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展中的基礎(chǔ)作用越來越凸顯,結(jié)合西藏礦產(chǎn)資源豐富、資源稟賦性好這一優(yōu)勢(shì),國家和自治區(qū)對(duì)有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源的整合和開發(fā)提出了一系列的政策,為西藏礦產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來了重大發(fā)展機(jī)遇。 西藏的有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源作為國內(nèi)礦產(chǎn)資源最為豐富的地區(qū)之一,對(duì)西藏有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源整合與開發(fā)進(jìn)行研究,有助于西藏有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源整合與開發(fā)找出有效的對(duì)策和建議,這對(duì)于指導(dǎo)全省礦產(chǎn)資源的開發(fā)與利用,增加礦產(chǎn)資源利用率,促進(jìn)西藏有色金屬礦產(chǎn)業(yè)以及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,進(jìn)而維護(hù)我國有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源的安全都具有十分重要的意義。 本文廣泛搜集大量的理論文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行理論研究�；谖鞑赜猩饘俚V產(chǎn)資源在整合和開發(fā)過程中存在許多問題的客觀事實(shí),本著理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的研究方法,在實(shí)踐中提出問題,在理論研究中解決實(shí)際問題。以西藏有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源作為研究對(duì)象,深入客觀的分析了西藏有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源整合與開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了西藏有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源整合與開發(fā)的對(duì)策建議。通過對(duì)西藏有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源整合和開發(fā)策略進(jìn)行研究,可有效指導(dǎo)全省礦產(chǎn)資源的開發(fā)與利用,有助于西藏有色金屬礦產(chǎn)資源在未來的發(fā)展中明確發(fā)展目標(biāo)、方向及發(fā)展路徑,從而緩解國家資源瓶頸壓力,同時(shí)為西藏推進(jìn)工業(yè)化提供持久高效的資源保障和發(fā)展動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:As the basic role of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in economic and social development becomes more and more prominent in China, combined with the advantages of rich mineral resources and good endowment of resources in Tibet, The state and autonomous region have put forward a series of policies on the integration and development of nonferrous metal mineral resources, which has brought great opportunities for the development of Tibet's mineral industry. As one of the most abundant mineral resources in China, non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet have been studied on the integration and development of non-ferrous metals mineral resources in Tibet. It will help to find effective countermeasures and suggestions for the integration and development of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet, which will guide the development and utilization of mineral resources in the whole province and increase the utilization rate of mineral resources. It is of great significance to promote the rapid development of non-ferrous metal ore industry and related industries in Tibet and to maintain the safety of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in China. This paper collects a large number of theoretical documents and carries out theoretical research. Based on the objective fact that there are many problems in the process of integration and development of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet, in the light of the research method of combining theory with practice, the problems are put forward in practice, and the practical problems are solved in theoretical research. Taking the non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet as the research object, the internal and external environment of the non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet, the present situation and existing problems of the integration and development of the non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet are analyzed objectively and deeply. On this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions for the integration and development of nonferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet are put forward. By studying the integration and development strategy of non-ferrous metal mineral resources in Tibet, we can effectively guide the development and utilization of mineral resources in the whole province, and help to define the development objectives of non-ferrous metals mineral resources in Tibet in the future. The direction and path of development can relieve the pressure of national resource bottleneck and provide lasting and efficient resource guarantee and development power for promoting industrialization in Tibet at the same time.
