【摘要】:土木類高校在土力學(xué)教學(xué)中一般要耗費(fèi)大量的原狀土樣進(jìn)行土工試驗(yàn)。這就要求每個(gè)課程的教學(xué)周期要準(zhǔn)備相當(dāng)多的原狀土樣供學(xué)生試驗(yàn)使用。近年來,城市可提供這種原狀土樣的場(chǎng)地越來越少;且實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間有明確限制,這就造成了學(xué)生的土工實(shí)驗(yàn)課程的土樣不足,甚至一些學(xué)生動(dòng)手操作性試驗(yàn)被迫改為演示性試驗(yàn),嚴(yán)重的影響了學(xué)生的能力培養(yǎng)。 作為驗(yàn)證性實(shí)驗(yàn),若用于實(shí)際工程的目的,實(shí)驗(yàn)則必須使用原狀土樣獲取相關(guān)參數(shù),而作為人才能力培養(yǎng)的手段之一,我們考慮用改良的重塑土來代替原狀土樣進(jìn)行能力培養(yǎng)和訓(xùn)練,在基本達(dá)到實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)規(guī)定的內(nèi)容條件下,盡可能的在土力學(xué)性質(zhì)方面使重塑土的性狀與原狀土更為接近(模擬原狀土強(qiáng)度),以實(shí)現(xiàn)與原狀土實(shí)驗(yàn)具有相近的實(shí)驗(yàn)成果。此外,還要使重塑土樣具有較好的力學(xué)重現(xiàn)性,經(jīng)過多次反復(fù)使用,其重塑土樣具有模擬原狀土強(qiáng)度穩(wěn)定,不衰減的特性。這樣我們就可以在獲取原狀土困難的情況下,,探索出用替代土樣進(jìn)行土三軸實(shí)驗(yàn)的人才能力訓(xùn)練的可行方法。 本文通過三軸試驗(yàn)對(duì)原狀粉質(zhì)粘土的強(qiáng)度和重塑土的強(qiáng)度分析,在重塑土中添入可逆性強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)劑的方法來實(shí)現(xiàn)重塑土與原狀土力學(xué)強(qiáng)度的一致性,來替代原狀土樣進(jìn)行土的三軸抗剪強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)。通過研究,在土中加入2%明膠和7%氯化鈣,在保持與原狀土同等含水量和密度條件下,其力學(xué)指標(biāo)具有高度相近性,且具有多次反復(fù)使用的重現(xiàn)性。
[Abstract]:In the teaching of soil mechanics in civil engineering colleges and universities, a large number of undisturbed soil samples are generally used for geotechnical tests, which requires a considerable number of undisturbed soil samples to be prepared for use by students in the teaching cycle of each course. There are fewer and fewer sites where such undisturbed soil samples can be provided in cities, and there are clear limits on the duration of the experiments, which results in a shortage of soil samples for the students' geotechnical experiment courses, and even some students are forced to change their hands-on operational tests to demonstration tests. It seriously affects the ability of students. As a confirmatory experiment, if it is used for practical engineering purposes, the experiment must use the original soil sample to obtain the relevant parameters, and as one of the means of talent ability development, We consider using the improved remolded soil instead of the undisturbed soil to train and train the ability, under the condition that the content of the experiment teaching is basically reached. As far as possible, the properties of the remolded soil are closer to that of the undisturbed soil in terms of soil mechanical properties (simulating the strength of the undisturbed soil so that the experimental results are similar to those of the undisturbed soil experiment.) in addition, it is necessary to make the remolded soil sample have better mechanical reproducibility. After repeated use, the remolded soil samples have the characteristics of stable strength and no attenuation of the simulated undisturbed soil, so that we can obtain the undisturbed soil under difficult conditions. This paper explores a feasible method of talent ability training in soil triaxial experiment by replacing soil samples. In this paper, the strength of undisturbed silty clay and remolded soil are analyzed by triaxial test, and the mechanical strength of remolded soil is consistent with that of undisturbed soil by adding reversible strength increasing agent to the remolded soil. Through the research, adding 2% gelatin and 7% calcium chloride into the soil, the mechanical index of the soil is highly similar to that of the undisturbed soil under the condition of keeping the same water content and density as the undisturbed soil. And it has the reproducibility of repeated use.
