適用于UH模型的單元破壞修正方法

【摘要】:在采用UH模型的用戶材料子程序(UMAT)進行有限元計算過程中時常會出現(xiàn)局部單元破壞的情況,主要包括拉裂和剪壞,這種破壞應力狀態(tài)的存在不僅會使得計算結(jié)果不合理,也會降低有限元計算的穩(wěn)定性。針對采用UH模型UMAT進行有限元計算時遇到的局部單元破壞問題,根據(jù)一定的假設條件,并結(jié)合不同坐標系下的應力變換關(guān)系,推導得到適用于UH模型的三維問題單元破壞修正公式;采用FORTRAN語言編寫出相應的子程序,將其嵌入UH模型UMAT中,以消除采用UH模型進行有限元計算時出現(xiàn)的不合理的破壞應力狀態(tài),提高UH模型UMAT有限元計算的穩(wěn)定性,并通過有限元模擬基坑開挖的例子驗證本文所提的單元破壞修正方法的有效性和合理性。
[Abstract]:In the process of finite element calculation using UH model subprogram Umatt, the local element failure often occurs, mainly including tensile crack and shear failure. The existence of such failure stress state will not only make the calculation results unreasonable. The stability of finite element calculation will also be reduced. According to certain assumptions and combined with the stress transformation relations in different coordinate systems, the local element failure problem encountered in finite element calculation with UH model UMAT is discussed. The three dimensional problem element failure correction formula for UH model is derived, and the corresponding subprogram is written in FORTRAN language, which is embedded in UH model UMAT. In order to eliminate the unreasonable failure stress state when UH model is used for finite element calculation, the stability of UH model UMAT finite element calculation is improved. The effectiveness and reasonableness of the element failure correction method proposed in this paper are verified by the finite element simulation of foundation pit excavation.
