【摘要】：應用電噴霧電離源結合傅立葉變換離子回旋共振質譜(ESI FT-ICR MS)對地下水進行分析,基于高精確度的分子量檢測結果,鑒定出O_x,N_1O_x和N_2O_x3大類,共計27小類含雜原子的化合物。雜原子化合物中O_x類化合物占絕大多數,而含N化合物則以結合大量氧原子的形式廣泛存在。結合各類雜原子化合物的等效雙鍵數(DBE)及碳數分布,發(fā)現O_x類化合物中存在大量的羧酸結構,推測含氮化合物可能來自于O_x類化合物的衍生反應。實驗結果拓寬了對地下水中可溶性有機質的認識,為進一步確定其中雜原子化合物的結構類型奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:The groundwater was analyzed by electrospray ionization source and Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (ESI FT-ICR MS). Based on the results of high precision molecular weight detection, the large categories of OXX and N_2O_x3 were identified. A total of 27 small groups of compounds containing hetero atoms. The N-containing compounds are widely present in the form of a large number of oxygen atoms. Combined with the equivalent double bond number (DBE) and the carbon number distribution of various hetero-atomic compounds, it is found that there are a large number of carboxylic acids in the O _ x compounds. It is suggested that the nitrogen-containing compounds may be derived from the derivative reactions of O _ S _ x compounds. The experimental results broaden the understanding of soluble organic matter in groundwater and lay a foundation for further determining the structural types of hetero-atomic compounds.
