電噴霧電離源結合傅立葉變換離子回旋共振質譜分析地下水中可溶性有機質分子組成

【摘要】:應用電噴霧電離源結合傅立葉變換離子回旋共振質譜(ESI FT-ICR MS)對地下水進行分析,基于高精確度的分子量檢測結果,鑒定出O_x,N_1O_x和N_2O_x3大類,共計27小類含雜原子的化合物。雜原子化合物中O_x類化合物占絕大多數,而含N化合物則以結合大量氧原子的形式廣泛存在。結合各類雜原子化合物的等效雙鍵數(DBE)及碳數分布,發(fā)現O_x類化合物中存在大量的羧酸結構,推測含氮化合物可能來自于O_x類化合物的衍生反應。實驗結果拓寬了對地下水中可溶性有機質的認識,為進一步確定其中雜原子化合物的結構類型奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:The groundwater was analyzed by electrospray ionization source and Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (ESI FT-ICR MS). Based on the results of high precision molecular weight detection, the large categories of OXX and N_2O_x3 were identified. A total of 27 small groups of compounds containing hetero atoms. The N-containing compounds are widely present in the form of a large number of oxygen atoms. Combined with the equivalent double bond number (DBE) and the carbon number distribution of various hetero-atomic compounds, it is found that there are a large number of carboxylic acids in the O _ x compounds. It is suggested that the nitrogen-containing compounds may be derived from the derivative reactions of O _ S _ x compounds. The experimental results broaden the understanding of soluble organic matter in groundwater and lay a foundation for further determining the structural types of hetero-atomic compounds.
