中國核電廠抗震裕度地震譜形問題探討

【摘要】:福島核事故后,地震作為初始事件引發(fā)核電廠嚴(yán)重事故的問題引起了廣泛關(guān)注。在此背景下,中國核電廠相繼開展了抗震裕度評價(jià),但在評價(jià)中選用了不同的地震譜形。基于美國針對早期運(yùn)行核電廠開展的抗震裕度評價(jià)方法和中國核電廠址的地震危險(xiǎn)性背景分析,對比了中美兩國核電廠抗震設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)的差異,針對中國目前的情況,建議優(yōu)先對采用二代加堆型的運(yùn)行電廠進(jìn)行抗震裕度評價(jià)。通過將RG1.60譜與歸一化廠址特定SL-2級加速度反應(yīng)譜進(jìn)行對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)部分核電廠址反應(yīng)譜譜形在高頻部分超過了RG1.60譜,對于這類廠址,直接放大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)反應(yīng)譜作為抗震裕度地震是不恰當(dāng)?shù)。對于采用二代加堆型的核電廠,選擇了某個(gè)廠址特定SL-2級地震動(dòng)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)比較接近的核電廠址進(jìn)行了分析,采用不同方法確定其抗震裕度地震,結(jié)果表明0.3g標(biāo)定的NUREG0098中值譜在平臺(tái)段和長周期部分明顯低于相同PGA水平的一致概率譜和設(shè)定地震譜,三者都能被0.3g標(biāo)定的RG1.60譜所包絡(luò)?紤]到中國運(yùn)行電廠的抗震設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),為了評價(jià)核電廠實(shí)際抗震能力相對于廠址的抗震安全裕度,可以采用一致概率譜或設(shè)定地震譜;為了評價(jià)二代加運(yùn)行核電廠實(shí)際抗震能力相對設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)地震動(dòng)的抗震安全裕度,建議采用給定PGA標(biāo)定的RG1.60譜。
[Abstract]:After the Fukushima nuclear accident, the earthquake, as an initial event, caused serious accidents in nuclear power plants. In this context, the earthquake tolerance evaluation of nuclear power plants in China has been carried out one after another. However, different seismic spectrum forms are selected in the evaluation. Based on the seismic margin evaluation method for the early operating nuclear power plant in the United States and the seismic hazard background analysis of the nuclear power plant site in China, The differences of seismic design benchmarks for nuclear power plants between China and the United States are compared. In view of the current situation in China, It is suggested that priority should be given to the evaluation of the aseismic margin of the second generation plus reactor type power plant. By comparing and analyzing the RG1.60 spectrum and the specific SL-2 acceleration response spectrum of the normalized plant site, It is found that the response spectrum of some nuclear power plant sites exceeds the RG1.60 spectrum at high frequency. It is inappropriate for such sites to directly enlarge the standard response spectrum as an earthquake with seismic margin. The nuclear power plant site with specific SL-2 magnitude ground motion and standard design is selected for analysis, and the seismic margin earthquake is determined by different methods. The results show that the NUREG0098 median spectrum calibrated by 0.3g is obviously lower than the uniform probability spectrum and the set seismic spectrum of the same PGA level in the platform and the long-period section, and all three can be enveloped by the 0.3g RG1.60 spectrum. In order to evaluate the seismic safety margin of the actual seismic capacity of the nuclear power plant relative to the site, we can adopt the uniform probability spectrum or set the seismic spectrum, in order to evaluate the seismic safety margin of the actual seismic capacity of the second generation plus operation nuclear power plant relative to the design reference ground motion, The RG1.60 spectrum calibrated by given PGA is recommended.
