【摘要】:正美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)Meroz等在《物理評(píng)論快報(bào)》發(fā)表題為"板塊邊界帶間歇性顆粒狀動(dòng)力學(xué)系統(tǒng)"一文。作者利用GPS資料分析美國(guó)南加州板塊邊界帶的震間形變場(chǎng),并構(gòu)建了理論物理模型,以一種新穎的觀點(diǎn)解釋GPS觀測(cè)到的形變場(chǎng)。研究表明,板塊邊界帶可以描述為密集填充的顆粒狀介質(zhì),與物理學(xué)意義上的緩慢剪切型顆粒狀介質(zhì)
