卵礫石地層跟管鉆進伸縮式擴孔鉆頭的研制

【摘要】:本文針對在卵礫石地層跟管鉆進中經常發(fā)生的套管下部遇到孤石致使跟管困難的問題,創(chuàng)新研制一種全新的鉆具及鉆探工藝--伸縮式擴孔鉆頭擴孔及其鉆進工藝。論文介紹了可伸縮擴孔鉆頭的設計、加工及應用情況,重點介紹了該鉆頭在水電勘察中的應用情況及優(yōu)缺點。 伸縮式擴孔鉆頭配有兩支伸縮翼,在泥漿泵壓力作用下,,沖洗液可使伸縮翼伸展至鉆頭體外部。隨著沖洗液壓力的變化,可改變伸縮翼收縮及張開的角度。伸縮翼在伸展的同時即可實現(xiàn)擴孔鉆進,將套管下方的孤石擴出口徑略大于套管外徑的環(huán)狀空隙,使套管能夠繼續(xù)跟進到計劃的孔深。 為了更好地滿足卵礫石層鉆進,對鉆頭切削刃形狀進行了改進。此外,本文對采用伸縮式擴孔鉆頭的鉆探工藝參數(shù)、配套設備要求、操作注意事項等進行了全面介紹,重點對其在水電勘察工程中應用的效果進行了分析對比。盡管該工藝與小口徑金剛石鉆探相比鉆速偏低,但該方法既可避免傳統(tǒng)孔內爆破炸碎孤石方法的危險性和繁瑣性,也可克服采用套管鉆頭旋轉跟進套管由于扭矩大導致的套管磨損大、易斷裂、成本高等問題。該工藝方法易掌握、不受孔深限制,效果明顯,在跟管擴孔鉆進、處理孔內事故時均可采用,值得推廣應用。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the gravel formation drilling pipe with the lower part of the sleeve is in frequently encountered boulder in tube with difficulty, innovation and the development of a new drilling and drilling technology - telescopic reaming and drilling reaming bit technology. This paper introduces design of telescopic reaming bit, processing and application, introduces the application of the drill in Hydropower Investigation of the advantages and disadvantages.
Telescopic drill hole with two telescopic wing, in the role of mud pump pressure, flushing fluid can make telescopic wing external stretching to the bit body. With the change of flushing fluid pressure, which can change the telescopic wing contraction and open angle. The telescopic wing can realize reaming in extension at the same time, the boulder under the casing expansion the annular gap diameter is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the sleeve, the sleeve can continue to follow up to the plan of the deep hole.
In order to better meet the needs of drilling gravel, to drill in the shape of the cutting edge is improved. In addition, the drilling process parameters on the telescopic drill hole, equipment requirements, operation precautions are systematically introduced, focusing on the comparison and analysis of its application in hydropower projects in effect. Although the process compared with small caliber diamond drilling drilling speed is low, but the method can not only avoid the danger and complexity of the traditional hole blasting shattering boulder method, can be overcome by rotating casing casing casing bit up due to large torque caused by the guide wear, easy to break, the problem of high cost. The process is not easy to grasp. The hole depth limit, the effect is obvious, in the drilling pipe with reaming, treatment of hole accidents can be used, it is worthy of popularization and application.
